This was my first time visiting and I ordered the Mr. Pasadena. The sandwich was good, it wasn’t anything extraordinary. I likely would not return. The customer service was lacking. It was clear that they were training someone but the employees seemed agitated and were short/quick with their responses to me. I felt uncomfortable so I ate my food quickly and left. The restaurant was clean and being able to pay with your phone was convenient.
First the manager & the staff are just awesome !!They are so kind and friendly . The service is so above & beyond, i cannot even believe it!!And the food so delicious. This is my new place in pasadena to go !
With the exception of the deep fried oreos and the deep fried nutella sandwich, this was easily the worst meal I’ve ever had in the greater LA area.Food was done quickly, but service was subpar—even though the place was empty, it felt like they were trying to get us to leave as quickly as possible (we got take out and weren’t even trying to stay long anyway!).Mac and cheese was clearly not fresh, and wasn’t very flavorful. The tomato soup was terrible as well.Really disappointed in this place—we were better off just making it at home instead of spending over $50 on terrible food.

Think of this as a taco truck, grab and go experience, and it's pretty good. I thought it was a dine in restaurant and found myself disappointed. They need a more prominent menu, better service and food presentation.
I would rate this a 5 such good food and service was great was very happy
The Herman was delicious. Bread toasted just right. Tomatoes were tasty. Arugula was fresh. Muenster cheese nicely melted.
My first experience with MELT IT and it was really good ! I had the philly cheese combo ( not as good as Geno`s in Philly lol ) but it was quite tasty.I recommend MELT IT !
