It's McDonald's, calibrate your expectations there queens and kings. If you asked for medium well and it came out well done, trust me, they're doing you a favor.They're mostly young and don't have Cordon Bleu degrees. The food is good but not healthy.

This McDonald's was once a 5 stars location... But it began to slip and although my cheeseburger was well prepared today... They have failed to keep up! I hope they get better? So I can give them back the 5 star rating they had, not too long ago? Thank you
McDonald’s employees work pretty fast/good under pressure. When you ask them for anything extra, they give it to without making rude faces.

Sometimes the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Sometimes not. That's life. I've never had problems with their ice cream machine, though, which is nice.
As a rule I am not a fan of McDonalds. 5 years ago I had a fish sandwich which was probably the single worst thing I have ever eaten. On this day I decided to order a 20 piece Chicken Mcnuggets. Maybe in the past 5 years McDonalds had gotten better? No, it was still the awful slop they have been serving for years. It was lukewarm and not very fresh. Except for their breakfast sandwiches, I have decided never to eat there again. Steer clear.
Worst service I have ever encountered! My friend I walked inside to order only to watch the manager ignore us and more customers came in still no employee acknowledged us and no employee at counter to take orders. Then I got the managers attention by loudly saying Yo!!!! He comes to counter says to us "we are kind of busy" ....almost try to walk away again but I asked again if he could take are order already because we were already running late to pick up my friends kids from babysitter. After he took our order a armed security guard who was also there before us that was waiting for his food came up to me and said if I raise my voice again he would remove me....what a joke lol all the others waiting behind us even were shocked at this circus.
