Place has the curb appeal. Lots of parking. Polite staff. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends.The food quality and taste fell below average. We tried a tortilla soup, which seemed as if they gave you enchilada sauce. We also tried the chile verde, all I can say is that it at least had the color. The rice was off and the beans seemed to have been a few days old and very dry. The best thing that we had were the tortillas de harina. Flavors were way off. You might compare this place to an Acapulco Restaurant.

I was indicated to sit at a table.by the door and then the hostess walked away before I could ask for less dark seating in a corner by the door. I would have appreciated being asked if that was OK ?. But, we sat at a well lit table away from the door. Food was good, margaritas were excellent.
They were able to accommodate a large group of 8 within 30 minutes, without a reservation. Service was a little slow, but they were slammed, so it was expected. Still very pleasant and accommodating staff. Food was excellent as always.
I ordered chicken street tacos and they were tasty. They were missing something; maybe a better tasting [home-made] tortilla? A friend ordered a HUGE carne asada burrito; I mean HUGE! Their guacamole was smooth, classic and just delicious!! I will return!

The Margaritas are amazing here! The Tamarindo Marigarita was perfect! The seafood salad was filling and delicious!
The spinach and mushroom quesadilla was outstanding tonight. We plan to come back tomorrow with our two young boys tomorrow for late lunch or early dinner
