Excellent drinks, food and service
Maestro introduced us to sangritas and magueys like sotol. Sometimes the bar says they have sangrita (when they don't) and forget how much they quote for a tasting flight but I tip 20% cash regardless; they work hard and are busy.And now we make sangrita at home and buy our spirits at K&L and Ramirez Beverage. We have tastings and share with friends. But Maestro will always be special. Highly recommend.
Absolutely lovely! My sons treated me to a beautiful Mexican Mother's Day celebration. Our beautiful server Natalia made the experience special. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The drinks were such a treat also. Must have the flight of tequilas. I enjoyed it. Please try the Tres Leche Carrot cake and the cheese cake. So special and so very delicious.
The food and ambiance were amazing. My only critique would be that they don’t rush you out saying there is someone waiting for your table. One of our first dinners out in a very long time would have been nicer if we had been allowed to take our time.
Been wanting to try Maestro for a while, and finally got to eat their really awesome food. Not only was the food wonderful, the service was excellent, the mariachi band was delightful and the whole restaurant had a great positive environment. We will be back often!
It’s my fifth time in this restaurant and I’m taking one star back. Service is top notch. The cocktails are amazing especially the Moracuya. The grilled octopus and oysters were delicious The tacos ahogados and seared scallops entree are under seasoned. The tres leches carrot cake and guava cheesecake are the best part of the meal.
Well 0 customer serviceThe Manager is a horrible personWe there for 2hr they take forever to get our order and then bring our food.Our order was over $700 and Manager asked for us to pay and go do of other parties waiting. we were 7 ladies over 60 years old. Celebrating ours friend's cancer free. They had a lot of tables open but it was not enough. tables are only for 2 hours, you staff took and delivered our order late. Your staff is the one taking their time and we did not completing but You Mr Manager asked us to pay and go Horrible Horrible Horrible

My wife and I don't get lots of great Mexican living on Maui. Went to Maestro early and got a table outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and inventive cocktails. I had the lamb shank. Their Mole was great with the lamb!!. The resturant filled up early. A must for modern Mexican food
Great food and super attentive service! Beautiful outdoor dining area. Everything we ordered were sooo delicious - oyster aguachile, Tetela, shrimp taco ? and my favorite seared Hokkaido scallops! Oh can’t miss the best Tres Leches carrot cake I have ever had! I’m very impressed with the quality and taste of the food! Definitely will go back to this place soon! ??
