Unfortunately this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. It doesn't have a drive-through any longer it has a walk up on the outside and a walk up on the inside. No Direction outside in the parking lot to say that the drive-through is closed so all the walk-up customers are parked in the Drive-Thru line one behind the other. I just asked for a buisquit so I had to sit in line boxed in for 15 as the 1st person was waiting for their food. He said he had already been waiting 10 min before I came. There's only 1 person behind the counter. This location should just close. It's sad. If u want KFC go to a different location. It's worth the drive.
Disorganized and disinterested in making sure customers get what they actually order and pay for.
Vegan chicken is here! It's delicious--super filling and fabulous! The only downside is that they don't have a vegan sauce yet. The ketchup is vegan, of course, so you can use that, but I opted to eat the veg nugs plain. They have enough flavor without sauce. This location is a little quirky-- the drive thru is now a walk thru, so you park in back then walk to the side window to order. But it's easy enough to do, and the patrons all had a fun chat while we waited for our food.
This location always seems to be short or out of stock on items and once we had to wait 25 minutes to get our order...Employees are very lazy and always look unhappy. BAD experience.....Go to a KFC where they are professional and have their act together. Very bad service....broken English so it's hard to understand through the speaker....always out of stuff. Dirty inside and out...can only imagine what's lurking in the kitchen....recent paint job doesn't change the fact KFC should shut this place down. What an embarrassment to the chain....but I guess it's good enough for East Pssadena. No restroom to boot

This place is adequate. I'll refrain from negativity and just say I feel 3 stars is a more than fair balance of pros and cons. I like the famous bowl.
I'd give them negative stars if I could. Husband went to get food, he found a 12 inch piece of hair in his fries and my chicken sandwich was disturbingly under cooked. I feel sick to my stomach. This isn't the first time we experienced this either from this location. I called them 15 times and no one wanted to answer the phone or reform my calls. Absolutely unacceptable.
The chicken pot pie was very dry, no vegetables only 2 carrots, no peas and too much meat. Found bones in the chicken pot pie. This is the second time.
Great Fresh Chicken in the Drive thru. Excelent service. Always a napkin in the bag with out having to beg for napkins and utensil for a to go order. Aswell as very efficient
