I used to love Jamba so much. But in my recent order I specifically asked them to not forget the straws because it had happened before. So when the order came of course it was without STRAWS.I contacted Jamba, they blamed Doordash. I contacted Doordash, they blamed Jamba. No one wants to take the responsibility of a small mistake that left us watching our Jamba melt and not being able to drink it.So A rule of thumb to drink Jamba.《TAKE YOUR STRAWS WITH YOU》You can also see in the receipt it is written (no straw). How can someone drink a smoothie without a straw ??????
Server selected the tip and then flipped over the counter for me to sign hoping we wouldn’t notice. Very sketchy behavior
Smoothie was ok. Customer service was whatever. I worked at jamba juice a long time ago. We had great customer service and great team that cared about making good smoothies for people. I have not found a good jamba juice store in over 10 years! What happened?!
I was really disappointed that I spent $ buying a smoothie this location and I wanted to go to the restroom and they said it is not available for customers either. That is really bad customer service... Never going to come back to this location.
The customer service at this location has really gone downhill. They are also extremely understaffed it appears. Last time I waited 20 minutes for my order to be made.

Do not call and try to place an order over the phone.I asked the worker if they do over the phone deliveries, the worker said yes. However, nobody picked up the phone. I waited for them to pick up for 30 minutes for pick up the phone, called back to back non stop. I had to walk inside and place my order because I do not know how to use the app to place my order. I am not sire what is going on here, but something does not seem right. Stephen is covering someones shift today he states. When I asked him why he didn’t answer the phone, he said he didn’t hear it. I believe that is a lie because I walked in to the location and made a phone call to see if the phone is working, and it is. I heard it ringing from the front of the store.I am also the only order he has to make. He completed the persons order before me as soon as I walked in. So I am very confused as to what is going on here. I’m used to my day being made my Jamba Juice workers. I left this location feeling terrible and unhappy and like I do not want to come here again. He, also, ignored me when I said hello to him when it was my time to order. Very unhappy. Please do better workers.
Ordered my surfrider extra peaches extra think and my other two drinks thick and then they all came back runny.. asked her to make it again and all she did was add ice to my drink re blended it and it just made it watered down ....jamba juice in hastings ranch know what they are doing ..the one on lake they act like they don't like there job facts
About 20 mins before closing a staff member I assume, comes in with regular street clothes on (super short shorts, a crop top and an over sized t-shirt which was open exposing her skimpy attire. She literally started making a smoothie. She didn't wash her hands, put on gloves or at the very least pin her hair up. I was too shocked to witness this. Very unprofessional, unsanitary and completely unacceptable.
