Did a drive-thru, waited extra because they only have employees during lunch rush. We did not mind the wait but did the awful taste of the sourdough sandwhich combo and the Jack burger. We became ill and from there on, almost a week, with stomach flu. NEVER AGAIN!!! Did not have the energy to complain but should have for others not to get sick..sorry ??
They were very short handed. My fish sandwich was soggy missing the tomatoes. They were only taking one order at a time thru the drive in. You won't stay in business for long. Very nice employees that were way over worked.
This Jack Box always gets my order RIGHT. Always. They are super friendly and professional. ??
I just discovered chicken nuggets at Jack. They are really good and now in my must have list
Usually like Jack n the Box... Was very disappointed today. Specifically about the tacos.
Absolutely terrible and unacceptable service per usual from this location. Recently went around 9:30am and their lobby was closed, only drive thru was open but I had a trailer and wouldn't fit. When I knocked on the window they just waved their finger at me. I definitely won't be coming here ever again.
Food is what it is for Jack in the Box but what makes it bad was The service.. It was really really bad.... The lady was very rude and nasty
Didn't have latest promo items of Monster Tacos so I compromised with regular. Ordered another advertised item of Chili cheese Loaded fries then pulled to the window. Sat there for 5 minutes then was told there was no chili cheese for the loaded fries. Stay away from this one and go to the one on Hill
No problems just had a snack and drinks.
Short staffed so waited over 25 minutes to order, while 6 other cars got tired of waiting and left. Plus they got rid of the bacon Cheddar wedges and other then the jr bacon cheeseburger, won't convert any of the burgers to a single patty!
