All in all, a good stay at best. the ribs were tender and tasty. One of our guests had a surf and peat tacos which I don't recommend. The file was strong and the lobster was too soft and submerged. The spiced eggs were average at best. Delmar's salad was excellent. Not a place where I would go all out. Service at the front door and full check in was Goodyear's best.

Alright small place gets very crowded as people come here to eat and small tight places with no real Covid-19 restrictions. Overall good place to eat and take it to go. Customer service is nice and really fast in the food
I love this place perfect location great service awesome food never been let down from this place and it's easily accessible from the corner of Colorado and Hill
Well.....I went down today and the lady working decided to take the vehicle before me (we pulled up at the same time) but when I pulled up, her system was down. Your system is down but she completed an order for the customer ahead of me, gave him his drink and change but couldnt do the same for me?Interesting. Corporate better call me and explain this.
Went on Saturday at 1am, service was pretty good but it was expected since I'm sure it's high traffic with everyone leaving clubs and bars. Tacos are bomb as always. The meat of my sourdough jack tasted old and overcooked.
Staff are courteous and fast. Great experience at this location.
I went to this location (1415 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106) at 4:17am on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 and was told over the driver-thru mic that their system is down and they'll be back in 45 minutes. I asked the person if there was another 24 hour Jack in the Box in the area and he said no. In response to me telling the car behind me that they are closed, the person insisted the location isn't closed. I advised not being able to provide the service that is advertised on your sign means you are effectively closed. I came to this location because Google shows it as 24 hours and so does Uber Eats. I could hang placed an order on Uber Eats which I guess I would never have received. If you cannot provide the service, turn off your OPEN sign and put something out to indicate that to people. Me and the person who pulled up behind me in the drive-thru line went to Carl's Jr. next door. The next time I need a late night meal, I'll just start there.

They are always prompt, courteous and for the first time in my life I missplace my card on the car. The crew didn’t make any hisses nor showed a negative reflection. In the contrary, turned put they were patient and after 2 mins if I want to drive up to the parking lot to look for it and did had it in my previous sweater I knew I had it somewhere in the car lol
