I ordered curbside pickup, got there a few minutes after the scheduled time and called to let them know i was there. 10 mins later and nothing so i called again and they brought it out. When i got hime i had to re cook the bacon. It looked white and way undercooked. I ordered the hash brown extra crisy and they were way undercooked as well. Not even brown, just a slight gold in one small part and the rest looked like they just warmed it up in a microwave. Very disappointed
Our server Evalina? Was great, she was very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the food itself wasn't up to par as you would expect from an IHOP (we've been to more than a handful). It wasn't busy so it can't be a result of a busy kitchen but it was definitely bland. I tried my daughter's food and my mother's and theirs was as bland as ours. And to top it off it wasn't as hot as it usually is. Too bad
The service has gone down drastically. We asked for a cup of water when we ordered, when they brought the food and when I had to ask her again. They talked about my brother asking for sourdough instead of whole wheat bread close to us, just enough for us to hear them. I understand they didn't have many servers/ help but at least come by once in a while and tell us, we are running behind or can I get you a refill or a hi. None of that happened. Oh well.
Messed up our entire order. Firstly, we ordered online and by the time we got there it was still a 30 minute wait. I got 2 hashbrowns and 4 sausage links- completely out of sausage and have me one hashbrown. We also got the classic burger with bacon, no lettuce, no onion, no sauce. Gave us a regular cheeseburger with only tomato AND sauce. Everything about this order was wrong and we are incredibly upset.
Not a bad place at all! My spinach omelette made of egg whites was delish! Location is good too, just a little difficult getting into the parking lot. One way in, and that's going north on Arroyo Parkway. If you're coming from the south bound direction, a U-turn in necessary, or a sharp left, if possible. Not a very big place either, service e as great!

Allan our server was great. Food good. Extra hot chocolate on a cold evening.
I like this location. The pancakes are delicious but in my personal opinion, the crepes are superior. The food with exception of their bacon, is consistently good.
The food was great as always, but the waitress was moody, the guy that was cleaning the tables gave us better service.
