Wow, what a great ramen. Have been here multiple times! We eat here once a week, or every other. I look forward to the ramen and apps here.Staff is great, super friendly and engaging. The spicy tuna avocado appetizer thing is so friggin delicious. The ramen is wonderful. The pork is plentiful.Pay attention to their hours! They close for a few after lunch until dinner.Solid ramen place and couldn't recommend it enough!Highly recommend this spot for good service, great ramen, and nice decor.

Pretty darn good ramen. The noodles were a little soggy. I would recommend the thin noodles. They have cool infused water. Their broth is very rich and flavorful. The appetizers are really good. Overall a great ramen place.

Great new Ramen place, just discovered! Yeay, super yummy. Tried all their different Ramen around our table. All excellent. Definitely coming back.

really crafted delicious rich ramen broth.the chasu pork meat is tender, smoky and marinated well! one of the best ramen place in California.Hope they will have a place here in Torrance! We will definitely go back. Oh the mochi ice cream rocks too!.

Ordered food for pick up via the website and it was great! The website is super cool to look at, the order process was very easy. The store it self is a very cool looking spot, and the staff was very friendly.

First time trying this place. The chicken was tasty, but not as crispy as I would like them. The dipping sauce was interesting, not sure what it was, I think it was sesame based. Now onto the ramen - the soup was delicious and slightly creamy, not too fatty. The chashu was thick ? with a bold, delicious flavor; perhaps one of the best I've had compared to ramen places. They gave us free grated garlic to add to the ramen You can never have enough garlic. I wish they would add more sides for the ramen though.

Had the spicy cold Ramen, it's not tsukamen...the soup is cold too.But it's really overpriced considering it wasn't good...it was neither hot in temperature or spice. Supposedly there's szechuan numbing spice in it but it doesn't taste like it. None of the parts were bad, but it was pretty flavorless and bland - i like spicy food but dont handle it well so its not like im someone who just has a high spice tolerance and doesnt notice...it was just cold and bland. I did ask about what i ordered first and the waiter wasnt very clear that the soup was cold not just the noodles...he made it seem that the only difference in this and tsukamen was the flavor profile. Also ordered some addons on the side and none of them came out and had to flag someone down to ask for them. If I weren't in a rush I probably would've asked for a refund. Not sure if i just got the worst thing on the menu but quite a few better Ramen places are nearby. They'll automatically add a 16% service fee so tell you not to tip but why not just up the prices and say that the tip is i caused in the prices? Indifferent on that, but worth mentioning...

We tried HiroNori and loved the ramen. We’re Asian from LA and lived in Tokyo, Korea and China for 20yrs. So we appreciate fresh made craft noodles. This place is legit. High quality ingredients. Good broth. Great Pork. Good flavor. Had Tonkotsu and Shoyu Ramen. Both superb. The one reason I’m giving this a 3 instead of 5 is cause just after we started eating, the wait staff sprayed the table next to us with disinfectant cleaner, blowing towards our direction. Thing is there was no one sitting on the opposite side. It makes more sense to spray that way instead of towards us. We could feel the spray breeze approach our bowls and tried to cover it. This should never happen to begin with. Japanese restaurants are known for high standards and basic etiquette. It’s built into the culture. And when I looked at the waiter with discomfort and realized what he did, he should have offered to change the food as a result. But we trooped it out and chose to eat the food rather than call it out. I’m not sure what they use to clean, but disinfectants aren’t a good ingredient on any craft ramen. Efficiency of cleaning up after a guest leaves should not precede interrupting the dining experience of another which results in a negative experience. And even if they say it’s a “non tipping” restaurant, which is the norm in Japan, nonetheless, a 16-18%? service charge is added. Which is… a tip for service. But in this case I would’ve chosen not to add a tip nor want to be billed a service charge given the circumstances above. We know times are tough looking for service staff. But we sincerely hope this gets fixed. Because we love us a good ramen. Especially this winter. And want to come back. Thank you.

This place never disappoints, been here 3xs and will come again. The broth has so flavorful and the pork belly is tender and has a slight crisp from the seared part. The noodles are a bit thicker here, but it doesn’t bother me. Make sure to include the garlic and spicy sauce (it’s not that spicy, just a little kick and add even more flavor).

The best ramen I've ever had in LA!The broth was so good, even I went here two days in a row. There was one staff that really annoys me. He gave me the bill before I even call it, and it's like he wants me to leave. The place wasn't even that busy. Lost a star because of that.
