I prefer this Fleming’s over the DTLA location. They definitely have more respectful waiters and the food is always amazing. We tried the pork belly appetizer with cauliflower mashed potatoes & it was so soft, it could melt in your mouth. We also had the calamari which is always great! The potato & brussel sprouts are always amazing sides to steak. Not the biggest fan of the steaks, I’d bleeder Taylor’s a bit more over these steaks. For dessert, the crème brûlée(on the right), chantilly(on the left) & the brownie with vanilla ice cream filled all 5 of us up.Always love coming to the Fleming’s in Pasadena & having a great time. Service is always spectacular
Our waitress Debbee was amazing. She made us feel truly special on a night that we chose to celebrate our recent marriage. We are beyond satisfied with her attention to detail!
Great service! Food made with pride. These days it’s hard to find quality food and service. Super staff!!!!
I was I impressed (and happy) that they acknowledged their “plant based” customers … and their plant-based menu items ROCKED
Celebrated our 64th birthday together at Fleming's. It was such a beautiful setting. Staff was excellent (Amber M. was outstanding) and food was delicious.
Many times here. Staff managers are absolutely on point our server Eric tonight was awesome I can say it was perfection food delicious as always ♥️ The homemade carrot cake Recomended By our server Eric was out of this world divine just deliciousness Totally recommend with a hot fresh brewed cuppa coffee.
Excellent food, great ambiance, and even better service. This was my first time in any Flemings Restaurant. If I'm craving somewhat high-end steak, I usually go to Ruth Cris...but I think Flemings is my new go-to steak place.Every dish was beautifully made... If I were to critique anything, it would be that the steaks were a LITTLE over salted.. but that could be a personal taste.I'll be back for sure... If you are craving some EXPENSIVE, but REALLY GOOD steaks, then I would highly recommend Flemings.Just for those who are wondering what a night would cost.3 of us paid $350 for starters, main. Dessert and one alcoholic drink each... followed by cappuccino.
So last night me and my wife where looking for a steak house to go injoy the night with some fine dinning we got this and more when we came across flemings prime steak house. First time for us and it probs won't be our last such great service as soon as you walk in very polite staff from the front of the house to the back. No starters for us we went straight to it we wanted steak ?? I got me a prime bone in ribeye the best steak I've ever had in my life well seasoned cooked to perfection my wife got her self a filet mignon also cooked to perfection we got that with four sides brussel sprouts creamed spinach sauteed mushrooms and Order of the Fleming potatoes so delicious very scrumptious I repeat me and my wife where not disappointed at all its pricy but very well worth it to finish off the night right the wife order a slice of key lime pie??? never had I've had such thing so soft and custardy with a hint of lime. . . We had a blast and injoy our dinner everything was delicious well seasoned. Thanks flemings for the experience. . .
Bobby was our server and he made our family lunch so fun we almost recruited him to join the family. In addition to absolutely knowing the menu and providing excellent suggestions when needed, he was prompt, attentive and the made us feel extremely welcome. Gabriel also took care of us and kept our table clean and drinks full and was also very attentive. The food came out perfect. Highly recommend saving room for dessert. Honestly if you visit this Fleming's location, ask for Bobby.
What a sad and disappointing experience... A dinner for two with reservations ruined by the lack of communication and customer service. I believe we all accept the hustle and bustle of going out on a "holiday". We were at this same location for New Year's Eve and it was a completely different experience! Tonight we were sat at a table that was so small there wouldn't be much room to comfortably enjoy your steak and sides within the space provided. Our server took our order and did manage to bring out our drinks and salads which were delicious. Unfortunately, we were left to marinate for at least 30 minutes without any update on our entrees. We could see the manager walking around approaching the people who did get their food, but not acknowledging the ones twiddling their thumbs waiting... Yes, there was a few of us scattered and left without our next course. We walked out. There is absolutely no reason that a well known Steakhouse can't provide steady quality service on any given day that they operate.
