This is a fantastic Hamburger chain where you can customize your burgers. I ordered a Cheeseburger $11.19 and a Little Cajun Fries $4.39 and they were both delicious. I love that they give an extra scoop of fries with each order! Very clean restaurant and polite staff. I just wish they offered more discounts or a rewards program so I could come more often. Free parking in back lot next to Randy's Donuts.
The place is really good for having a filling dine-in. Sarah, Cynthia, and Ying were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a snack or for some good filling burgers and fries!!
parfait thx for sevice today .
Great meaty burger and the fries are awesome! The whole restaurant is squeaky clean, nice outdoor eating area available also. Very nice service too
I ordered a Little Cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake here this past friday night through UberEats, had it delivered to me for a quick dinner. I haven't had Five Guys in a long time since I've grown tired of fast food after a period of always eating it, so I decided to have one that night since it's been so long. My previous experience with Five Guys have never had a food issue ever before so I trusted the establishment. However I was wrong and ended up with food poisoning later that night. I only had breakfast that day since I didn't have time to have lunch before work. Unfortunately, I couldn't even finish my shift at work because my stomach was twisting and turning after a few hours from consumption. I only ate 3/4 of the burger but I even asked my coworkers to look at the patty of the burger and it was still half raw. I don't think I'm ever ordering Five Guys again. Working in the food business, you're always supposed to temp check your food and make sure it is thoroughly cooked before handing it off to a guest.
Very nice service, but the food is blah.
I've been to a lot of their locations, this location is exactly the same. Perfect perfect. And you can get donuts next door at Randy's. Perfect.
It was ok, Cajun fries were over salted but music was decent and everybody was super nice!
At this location Employee actually said how they make the burgers as in you have to tell them if you want lettuce, tomatoes, pickles etc. They have 2 sizes...regular and little. I asked for a regular with lettuce, pickles, onions, bell peppers and jalapeños (warning these are not pickled jalapeños like what you see in nachos or Carls Junior...they look like they picked the jalapeños from the actual tree/bush or how you see them in grocery stores...so yes...very HOT.Also...on the receipt they tape on your take out bag...the burgers are numbered and in the bag each burger has a number that corresponds to the taped receipt..no need to go and open every burger wrap to find "yours" lol. This is the 2nd time we go to Five Guys. 1st experience in Massachusetts was bad. But here it was awesome. If you don't find parking in the front...its ok...there is a lot of parking in the rear!!If you came here and it was suppose to be on your right side...just make a right at the light then another right on what it looks like an alley bit it is not..it is a roadway to the entrance to their rear parking that is for them and other stores around them.
Bad experience. It is the first time for me to consume here. I ordered one bacon chess burger and a bacon chess hotdog, a regular fries, which cost me $29.25, however, they didn’t add my bacon into my order. Costing $29.25 get a expensive food without bacon that I should have. I don’t know why, at that time they were not busy.
