This is one of my favorite hamburger chains. It's across from Pasadena City College and like Five Guys you get to customize it your way. I got an Original Fat Burger $7.00 and a side of Fat Fries $3.50 and it was delicious! Tastes like restaurant quality from a fast casual place. Staff is friendly and free parking in back lot
Horrible service. If I could give zero stars, then I would. As someone who works customer service, I know the importance of giving good service. I asked for ranch more than 3 times and was given blue cheese dressing those 3 times, which I’m allergic to. If I had not noticed, I would have been seriously ill.
An overwhelming amount of relish, mayonnaise and lettuce. An underwhelming amount of burger and cheese. :(
Really is one of the better burger places you can choose fat fries or skinny fries custom your burger order and mostly I love adding an egg to my burgers.
Ordered onkine and byrger was perfect decided to eat in person today and burger was over cooked and over seasoned compaired to the one ordered online. As a chef i cant stress the importants of uniformaty when it comes to all cooks make sure there putting the product out the same way so customers get the same experience each time. Skinny fries are great and customer service is great.
I ordered 16 pieces of i don’t know what kind of wings….they seem to be boiled and not crispy at all! The sauce is literally sitting on the outside of the wings. These don’t seem to air fried or deep fried! They are soft and not in a good way. I wouldn’t order from here again.I also ordered through Uber eats and the place says Hurricane Wings on 1705 East Colorado blvd so they got the bad review. It bag came from Fatburger! ?
Got there one hour before closing. Told me they stopped making wings. They weren't out just didn't want to make anymore. That's being lazy and bad customer service. Man at the register was very polite.
Great quality scrumptious burgers and vegan option. Good skinny and steak fries. Serves beer. I gave it 3 stars due to the cleanliness or more like lack of cleanliness, the tables,chairs, condiment bar and windows need cleaning. The condiment bar also needs to be refilled which staff isn’t doing regularly. The Manager needs to train staff more in customer service and maintenance.
Very well managed .. 1st time visit here . The Gentlemen name is Victor (Manager) and who run a great clean shop with great Outstanding people skills ? also hats off to the cook and the lady runnin the Register great service.Thumbs up to this place ?
