Lack of communication. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through just for Arlene to tell me I couldn't order as I didn't have a vehicle. While it was a long stretch I could have been informed rather than have me walk to the pay window and ask what was taking so long.

Pollo loco for chicken. Good grilled chicken Mexican style.

Ordered online and went to pick it up. Upon arrival found that the doors were locked and all pick up orders must go through drive through, which took 30 minutes. The entire place seemed to be manned by 2 teenagers. My order was missing half of the items. After back and forth a few times, I ran out of patience and left. My order was still missing all the salsas and salad dressing. I will not be back.

This location is absolute garbage, ignored me completely when I was at the door for a pick up order at 8:30, when I went through the drive through they tried to ignore me as long as possible, on top of forgetting several orders of chips and almost a drink. Never going to this location again.

This was a horror story. No inside service. Stuck in the drive through line for over 15 minutes. I don't know what is going on here. Very apologetic to you when you come up to the order area.

This location always has the slowest drive-thru. Half the time I leave and go someplace else. Today I stuck it out. When I finally got up there to order, they were out of the chicken tortilla soup which is the only thing I wanted. The other locations are only 5 minutes away. I highly recommend visiting a different location instead.

Come on guys. This is food we eat. I wonder what else are you guys not doing. I asked for no cilantro on the salad they put extra cilantro.

This Pollo Loco has a drive through. Nice idea, but it took 31 minutes just to get through the line. It was a little long, but mostly just very SLOW! I'd have walked in instead, but I saw someone else try it, and the doors were locked. It wasn't even 7:30 pm.

This location takes forever with orders. You have to pick up orders from the drive thru so you might as well just order here but I advise to not even bother unless you love waiting. PLEASE no one order from here so they can go out of business and a competent restaurant can take its place ?

I've been waiting for most 20 minutes to receive my order. I figured out I received the wrong item when I got home. I ordered 10 pc mixed chicken but got 10 pc leg & thigh. I went back to the store to correct it. The staff was talking to another staff in Spanish to clarify the problem. They were laughing and talking, didn't take any action immediately, but wasting my time. Eventually, I received the correct item I ordered, but I didn't receive any respect or reimbursement in the whole process. When I got home, I found the wings were not well-grilled, still raw inside. It's a very dissatisfied, disappointed experience after all.
