Ordered at 12:40 am; 1 bacon breakfast wrap. 1 asada breakfast wrap, a fish taco and a chocolate shake. Delivery time 1:15am, latest 1:35am. Driver was on site almost immediately. Delivery time slipped, in 5 minute intervals, finally to 1:39 am. 3 minute driving time. After an hour, I received one fish taco. No wraps. No shake. Refund granted from Postmates.
Has a 24hr drive-thru. Been there three times at 5:30a, twice it's closed until 6am. I've written it off for good because of that.

The take out line was quick and understandable very friendly staff and the most important part the food as fresh as one might hope for fast food also not cold. So I was satisfied. No Mulligan needed (CBM Approved!!!)
Not very good. Not quite sure what's going on these days, but my epic chicken burrito was not so epic. I'm thinking it was made by an inexperienced employee as it seemed they were understaffed and "now hiring for all positions" signs posted.Quality at quite a few fast food restaurants seem to be diminishing. Leaves me to wonder why.

Del Taco on North and south Lake have bad customer service skills the people are rude and not helpful. It's a shame because I often order through Postmates but I went in today and it was not a good experience. The cashier got my order wrong and while I'm writing this two more customers have come in to complain... The manager lady is arguing with the customer because they didn't give him all his tacos in his order... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went in the middle of the night and although the menu was somewhat limited the food was hot and fresh and on point great job night crew

I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm hoping this ends up getting brought to the attention of whomever runs this place. I sat in front of the drive through speaker for over 10 minutes today waiting for them to take my order. I called out at least a dozen times, and they never answered. I rolled up to the window and the woman said she didn't hear me so she didn't speak. I even spoke to someone who was taking out the trash that I was still waiting for them to take my order. Seriously? Nothing seemed off for nobody going through the drive through for over 10 minutes with a half dozen cars in line honking their horns? I empathize that they must be understaffed and likely dealing with some apathetic employees but this was a first for me. I left without ordering, not trusting them after what happened.
