Decided to order a pizza to take out because years ago they were actually really good. We ordered one and it was sealed and brought it home and to find out it was the wrong one , went back and told them what I wanted they made it , and it was again the wrong one . We got our money back and it was a waste of 1 1/2 time. This is why they closed al.ost all their locations very poorly managed
Fun place, great kid friendly location Food was good
All you can play card for a certain time period is pretty good! Birthday cake is not tho. Pizza is fine for me
It was Superbowl night and our last night in LA. Kids were super bored so we took them here. Very empty, even better. Pizza was GOOD! Manager there was very nice and helped us out when we had an issue with unable to get the fun e-cards after paying the kiosk. If we're back in the area we'd come back.
Way over priced. I could have went to Dave and Busters and paid 25 dollars less. And would have spent more time. Chuck e cheese is now on a points or min system which is awful. The service people really push you to get the minutes but a hour goes by so fast. The coin on the card was much better. It used to be 120 point for like $30 bucks now its like 60 min for $27 dollars or 60 points for $27 dollars. Plus food up grades you spend like $200 for one hour. Good host experience for a walk in birthday but I did request 90 min and it wasn't honored and when I asked for my upgrade because I did request it the manager said that it had to be done at the time of the transaction. I did but it wasn't honored.. She wanted to argue I did not. So I left it alone it was my childs ? birthday. So I don't know who is to blame me for going to chuck e cheese or chuck e cheese and the money I spent! Plus all the families in here look mad!..
Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Pretty empty! Employee was great! :) Had a fun experience and he was very patience!
Chuck E. Cheese’s a wonderful place for families to bring their children for their birthday parties they experience so much here so much love playing with other kids and just being kids for a while.
it's amazing place and services ?
As an adult who's never until this very evening set foot in a chuck-e-cheese, I can comfortably say that I truly, actually do hate this place. Between the insufferable, unceasing racket, the lousy food, and the hapless and downtrodden employees ambling around in visible pain, it's not a small leap into one of the distinct circles of hell, and they don't even have the decency to issue earplugs to the adults. Chuck E Cheese is a weird and terrible place that should be avoided at all costs.
Place is very clean and the food is pretty good. Some of the games do not work. My only complaint is that it’s very expensive. 1 medium (small) pizza and a small drink was $25.00. Plus $20 for tokens. From the $20 token we got 2 little snakes. Wow!
