I used to love coming to this place a few times per week. Lately the experience has been far from stellar.Came here last night 6/29 and every single employee had the worst attitude. It just seemed like they were annoyed by customers coming in, mind you, a full 2 hours before closing time. I heard of few of them mutter to each other ‘why do they keep coming in’ & ‘start telling them we are out of all toppings’. For starters, they always seem to be out of everything, even on days when I have gone in for lunch. Last night this didn’t stop an employee from telling me they were out of certain items and then go in the back and fill their personal bowl with items they were ‘out’ of after I had already sat down a few feet away. The employees are not only rude to customers, but each other as well, making for an awkward experience for the customer. One employee making mobile order bowls kept reaching in and in between the employee making my bowl, almost as if they were playing some weird game of twister, the person serving my bowl seemed annoyed that not even an ‘excuse me’ was used.Every employee I encountered seemed miserable and they definitely conveyed that message to the customer.Honestly, if it weren’t for the food I would never return.

Healthy option for Mediterranean salad or rice bowls. They also do pita wraps. Clean and simple interior. You order at the counter cafeteria style. I got the lemon chicken salad bowl. Meh. Not really for me. Think I'll try their rice bowls next time.Service was ok. There's street meter parking up and down the block.

Decided to try this place with high reviews and colorful pictures with varieties in bowls. Sadly, it was a disappointment to find out it’s just an extra super salty bowl. I ordered a lemon chicken and harissa avocado. Dressings were very salty. Chickens were were salty. The few topping that were not over salted like cucumber, tomatoes, and corn were still not able to balance out the saltiness. The flavors were fine. The idea was great, but definitely do not recommend, unless you build your own bowl with sauces on the side. The chicken would still be very salty.

Do you enjoy disinterested, hostile, and rude employees that treat their customers as a burden? If so, this is the Cava for you! They'll be out of most of the food items, can't be bothered to go in back to restock, and forget to empty trash cans. And management is AWOL!

Very clean and tasty food . However hard to eat the wraps without them falling apart since the pita is too small for all the ingredients. Second suggestion for take out and delivered food would be to label the food since it is impossible to know what the items are without opening them up which makes a mess of the wraps .

Love the food but they’re cheap with the portions! I paid $18 for half a bowl! They tend to always forget the pita bread too :(

I love cava. It's like the classic Chipotle-like place but instead they serve good food. They have many vegetarian options which makes it easy to get lots of food. All the meals are very filling and when you build your own they're usually pretty good.

I like eating at CAVA because the food healthy and tasty, but the best part is their staff. Today manager asked me if I preferred to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch of brown rice, since there was only a little left on the line up and I said yes. He gave me a free drink. The rice took just a few mins longer than he thought, so he didn’t charge me at all and thanked me along with the cook for being patient. I told him it was unnecessary, that I would pay, but he kindly refused to charge me and thanked me again.

Totally understaffed and mismanaged - food was good though. Took 40+ minutes to get my bowl... When i arrived there was already a solid line and only 2 workers - one was moving about as slow as possible (probably burnt out from being overworked), the other was focused on everything accept serving customers. After about 15 minutes another worker finally arrived, probably returning from break, but instead of helping to service the now nearly out the door line, she chose to focus on online orders.Other issues are that they don't post prices of anything, but lots of the items in the bowl are upsells, but you have no idea how much.Food was good enough I'd give it another shot, but I highly recommend ordering ahead - apparently online orders are there priority.

Food is great! Very healthy. Stood in the line for 20 mins and found out they did not prepare any falafel. Had to be satisfied with their potatoes.charged me the same price even though i took no proper protein. Received rushed service and i could see that on the staff’s face. Did not get the warm feeling and had the same subway and chipotle feel. Must improve their customer service. Food is A1.
