During the lunch rush, I got the French cheeseburger. Not only was it given to me quickly, it was delicious.Also, the ranch is free and it's good stuff. 10/10
Burger was not what I expected per their website pictures. Think they photo shopped the pictures from another rest. Restroom was filthy. Went somewhere else.Won't be going back there.
First time dining here. We ordered they Burger Special. Presentation and flavor was just regular nothing special. We will go back and try the Tacos
This is a small mom n pop spot with delicious food. We tried the French cheeseburger and the combination burrito. The burrito was beyond delicious and did not disappoint. The menu if full of different options. Definitely making a couple trips back here to Bobby's Place.
Treat all your customers the same!!!! The young lady up front is REALLY RUDE TO CERTAIN PEOPLE. Treat everyone the same regardless the gender or I will file a huge lawsuit for discrimination!!!!I see how the cashier treats others better and gives others additude very rude!!!!!Get rid of her.
Famous rick's burritos. I always get beef and cheese with Red sauce. Freaking Good!??????
Bobby's Place isn't pretentious. It doesn't have a drive thru or even a designated parking lot, though there is plenty of parking nextdoor at Ralph's. Bobby's also isn't the cheapest. But they're local and they keep that authenticity. The food is great, particularly their bacon. Bobby's does justice to both burger fare and Mexican food. They're always playing the game or in those rare years, election results. If I find myself on North Lake, it's either Teri & Yaki or Bobby's place.
Three out of the last four times when I've ordered my son's burrito with no hot sauce they've gotten it wrong. The last two times, I personally saw them put it on the burrito as they were making it, and when picking up my order at the counter, I asked about it and was told it had been made correctly. As someone who doesn't like to be confrontational or create a scene, I have decided they will no longer be getting my business. As a semi-regular customer of more than thirty five years, and a big supporter of Pasadena's small businesses in general, I regret having to make such a decision. I would highly recommend they work on their customer service training before they lose more business.
OMG..!!Found this little place on Google maps after a meeting up in Pasadena & BOY am I glad..!!NOT fast food..!!Big old school homemade cheeseburgers & fat old-fashioned French fries. Friendly service, bottomless drinks & unlimited free parking next door...What's not to like..??Need a quick lunch in Pasadena..??Give this place a try...
Burgers tasted greT just like In N Out but they are larger. Can't beat that. Great fries also. Chicken strip were over cooked but tasty. Good prices. I recommend that Burgers lovers try this place.
