While the food was tasty, I was sorely disappointed with the customer care and service. The team member at that start of the line was downright rude. I order pretty much the same thing for lunch and have for at least 6 years. Out of the blue, I was denied my regular order without any explanation.When I asked the worker why, he mumbled something about his manager. When I asked him to get his manager, he just waved his hand in a direction and told me 'She's over there.' I asked him to get her and he yelled at me that she was OVER THERE.I asked his name and he mumbled so starting with a K sound at three start and refused to repeat himself. I tried to engage with him again and he literally turned his back on me.This was notwithstanding him touching my pizza crust without gloves and mangling my crust.The manager did her best to make it right, but the mood was ruined and the meal, while technically mostly OK, was a disappointment.
For 3.14 they charged $7. 32 for gluten free pizza not worth it. They do not have daiya cheese.
Pizza, customer service, and overall experience pleasant. Price is a little steep. Pizza Rev for 10.50 you get unlimited toppings. Here 2 toppings cost me around 11. Not recommended.
This is a flagship store for blaze . The quality is high. However the rewards program is a ram is a scam and a farce. The last 3 times it is not hooked up and it does not work.

First off the lady that made my pizza barely put any cheese on my pizza, I had to tell her 3 times to add more cheese since it barley covered the pizza. I asked the guy to not burn my pizza because I saw that they were coming out super burnt and my pizza was still burnt on the sides and bottom…never coming to this location again
