Why is the salad rotten and you guys serve them like nothings wrong and that’s in every place that’s disgusting you should be spending your money in that instead of advertising

Sadly I ordered food for delivery and was missing items the driver said there is nothing they can do. I filled out Waba Feedback email they sent. After nothing for a few days I emailed their support team and they said their Feedback is never read. So that is 100% useless. I send them my order number and expressed my concerns and they said the one the order was made for will get back to me in 2 days. It has been more than that. It is sad to see a business who thinks they are too good to respond and blow off their customers.
Hard for CSR to hear me, order was rang up wrong and items was missed. Other than that place was clean and food was good.
