The staff/workers are the best In the area an they make you want to spend your money there. Very clean establishment all staff members wear their gloves all the time. I also want to state that there Is no vibe or feeling In the air like you're not welcomed plus the meal that we order we order It all the time It's fresh taste great an I've been losing weight 8lb down, so thanks "Taco Bell" I'll always eat there me an my family. Hospitality top of the line. Keep up the great work.
It's Taco Bell. I mean, what do you expect? The workers were cool. The food was mediocre.

The food was good, but you have to order it through a kiosk which is very impersonal, I much prefer to prefer to deal with a human being. It's almost like getting your food from a vending machine.
Ms. Lupita is a Super Friendly Assistant, She Rapidly Gave Me A Cup of Water. She Deserves a Raise !!!!
Can't get a basic order right and it wasn't even rush hour or many people there. The guy at the drive through window was rude didn't even speak I said thank you and have a nice day he just closed the window on me they won't get my business again
Terrible service, tables were dirty. No one to assist anyone employee’s arguing with one another.The self service kiosk is good but no one took the time to help an elderly woman while the employees did not want to help when she asked for assistance. Very rude employee when i asked to get cleaning supplies to clean my table.Terrible terrible terrible service!!!!!!!Horrible!
My niece wanted to go here, my 2 sisters also joined us. I had the nachos and I didn't expect them look different, but I did expect them to taste better. By better I don't mean healthy either, just to be clear. Something was not as I remember them tasting in the past. Something was old, maybe the oil or beansThe taste was off and not as good as I recallMy family had theirs with no complaints, I mean its fast food not a gourmet restaurant. I have one closer to home and I rarely go there but their food does taste better. The Lakewood blvd location maybe need a visit from the franchise people to figure out what's wrong.
I went yesterday night 9/11/21, three people working and all young. The drive through was long which I understand. But the service was very bad. The food had no effort at all.The one on the window was eating while working. They were all talking and slacking. They forgot not one but two items on my order. I got down and knocked on the door and they seen me but ignored me. I had to walk to the window and asked for my two items and gave me one. So I just left. Very bad service and food. I rather drive further than going here again. Taco Bell needs to get on their employees ASAP. I’m considering calling corporate.
Love the chicken and cheese quesadilla. W/avocado sauce???
