This used to be my favorite and go to store until April of this year. The store gave me an expired lunch item. I kept calling the number from the receipt (same as the one listed on Google for the business) and it kept ringing and then it would cut off. I had to drive back to the store to make them aware of the expired food. When told the managers, there they were so casual about it and argued "it's not the expiration date, it's the date we give food to charity". This made me question a lot of storage and check practices this store has. When they proceeded to offer me a replacement, I too ironically was expired.It is very sad I had the above experience as this used to be one of few stores that had consistency in how they made your drinks. even to date when I seldom visit the store, they make my drink perfect every time.
Today went to this location for drinks, it took me almost 30 min to get to my drink, this gurl Nadia was taking so freaking long like dude really they should of had some one quicker in the drive threw or something
the staff always goes up and beyond to make sure my order is better than the time before.
Placed a order for 2 Coffee Travel containers (96 ounces each) for 0715am. Got there at 0715am and had to wait almost 30minutes because my order was not ready. What's the purpose of ordering a day before? Also, didn't have the cup size I ordered. Had to beg for more cup and condiments. I was asked sarcastically "How many cups you need?". Because of my order not being ready I was 30minutes late to a very important meeting.

They rarely ever have sandwiches available and certain ingredients. Several times they didn't even have honey or caramel. The least they could do is leave signs that they are sold out or don't have certain ingredients.
Slow service go drive thru because if You order there they’ll forget your drinks or order ahead to avoid the crazy drive thru line people don’t even know which way to go in from.
Its good but the only thing is that their drive thru is kind of slow
DISREGARD OF COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS. VERY UNSANITARY!!! THE RESTROOM IS HORRIBLE. I AM THERE FOR HOURS AT A TIME, AND THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE RESTROOMS. THE DINNING ROOM FLOOR IS BEYOND FILTHY. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE TABLES, NOR DO THEY SWEEP VERY VISIBLE TRASH OFF THE FLOOR. THE FLOOR IS IN NEED OF A SERIOUS HOT MOP. THERE WAS SOMETHING FLOATING IN MY TEA. THE BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS IS BEYOND DIRTY. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT CLEAN TABLES WHEN GUEST LEAVE. WHEN THEY ARE NOT BUSY THEY DO NOT CLEAN. THEY WOULD RATHER STAND AROUND AND HORSE PLAY. MY COWORKERS AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. THANKS FOR NOT CARING
I asked for an extra shot in my coffee-based Frapp & it not only looked milky white but had no taste of coffee. The total for a venti was close to $7 (because of the extra shot) which I wanted to use my rewards to pay for, as I check the app now I see the money deducted from my card ?
