Lunch buffet was very well served and not overly crowded
I went for the first time for nephews graduation brunch, it was awful. Games kept taking tokens the manager didn't care, my son kept wasting money for tokens the machine was stealing it was not fare for the kids and paying customers. There was no reimbursement. The service was truly poor. Would NOT go again. Small parking area at that.
I visited this location for my son and nephew graduation dinner. (20 plus people) This is a HORRIBLE location to visit for and anything. The service was horrible. There was a long strain of hair fried into the chicken, I asked for the manager/ owner to inform someone about my problem and I was brushed off and was told the hair is on top and not fried into the chicken like that made it better. The manager/owner was not helpful at all. She did not want to plates or any extra utensil. I do NOT recommend this location.
Evelio was such a great help he made sure my basketball team was treated properly and kept everything in check and was very fun and friendly to everyone for sure returning every season.
Food was ok, most of the games don't work, I had lots of coins stolen, I told the employees but they didn't seem to care
Went for the bunch of lunch. The cost was reasonable, and perhaps lower than other locations. The salad bar was well maintained and new pizzas were brought out semi-regularly. There was not anytime when there was not something to choose from.
Always the best place for some pizza, chicken and mojos!
Went in for lunch and had the All You Can Eat special. The pizza is good, thin crust, and a nice amount of cheese. The chicken and potatoes are my absolute favorite at Shakey's. I hadn't had Shakey's since I was a kid so it was good to come back. This locale is one of the smaller Shakey's but it's neat and tidy. I would happily come back again.
Beer selection, ok compared to other locations, plastic pitcher instead of glass like ither location, overall a bit substandard compared to the Inglewood location.
Mi kids got tickets in the machine and I personally count them. They had over 600 tickets and the guy says that they only have 460. They rip my kids for 140 tickets. How much have they rip the customers over the yrs? I would said at least 1000 tickets per day they be stealing. This for sure is the last time I bring my kids. Count your tickets before giving them to the workers
