I have got pizzas from there before and tbh today was the worse pizza ever i payed 26 dollars to get a three topping pizza and what did i get a few pepperoni like 6 mushrooms and like 7 pieces of bacon on it like really
Don’t come here often but the last 2 times I ordered online my order has been wrong really wanted to get a refund but my kids were expecting me to come home with pizza so had to wait, asked manager if I could at least get a discount for the inconvenience and was told no. Definitely not coming back
very professional and these literally the freshest pizza hut i ever seen in the south bay has many screen tvs and these is by far the best pizza hut to have a birthday ??? party i promise u it will be lit
I work here. One of the better Pizza Huts. With a wild good crew. We do our best in these dark times.. And suffer gas prices delivering to you all in Paramount. Help us driver's out. ?
Everything was great except i did not k ow when the pizza arrived. They left it on porch like i asked but did not knock or ring the bell to indicate it was here. And the app tracker said it was on the way and never stated it was here
My order was incorrect I wanted boneless wings and I got wings his bones in it I wanted a half pepperoni and pineapple and half sausage bacon the amount was incorrect on the prices charged me ask for a refund and they refused
Easy to order and pick up. Order was correct and tasted delicious.
We were satisfied with our food. We had to warm it up a little more, than usual. Understood that the driver had 3 other stops before ours. So we did not mind reheating the food. We totally understand. The poor driver was swamped with deliveries and with a smile on his face (behind his mask, you could see his cheekbones rise). He was pleasant and apologized for his lateness. No worries at all...THANK YOU!!!
Cook the pizza would be nice, it wasnt cooked throughly I told the mgr and he said it was cooked Now a white pizza is Not cooked I asked him to plz return it to the oven and he denied my request - He gave my 16 piece wings to another customer Free when I asked where were mine he said thiey have been having computer problems all day that was his excuse he Never apoligized for the mix up or under cooking my pizza I had to wait 10 min for my wings now while I was waiting for the wings he could have put my pizza back in the oven, Dont plan on returning to this estblishment being treated like this. I ordered here last week online hoping to eat in the dining room during my lunch with my family (since I only had 30 mins to eat with them) but the guy working at the time said the dining area was closed and it opens at 4pm. It made no sense that they had the dining area closed when there was no sign saying the dining area was closed / opened at a certain time. The worker then said that they can't have the dining area open due to covid and that there hasn't been an inspection for them to allow dine in. Which threw me off because he had mentioned that the dining area opens at 4pm.. So I was confused to why he said 4 pm but then says they're not allowed to have dine in..? Not to mention I've come during my lunch hour at 12pm to come eat here before, even during COVID.I honestly think the worker was coming up with excuses so he wouldn't have to work hard and keep it clean.Anyways, to make things worse, I had ordered 2 Caesar salads with my pizza and I noticed there wasn't any Caesar dressing so I asked for it and the worker then tells me that they ran out of Caesar dressing and if I wanted too, I can use ranch instead but I would have to pay for it even though they ran out. It honestly made me so angry with these employees because they had such attitude and seemed so careless.. I ordered a Caesar salad so I expect Caesar dressing with it not ranch, or at least update your menu and say don't have the dressing that way it stops people from buying things you don't actually have!My family and I ended up taking the salad without dressing because of how upset we were.We came during our lunch time to eat and enjoy the little time we had but it was just awful. We didn't have a car to eat our food so we ate outside the restaurant on the grass area since the dining area was closed. As you can see on the photo.This was by far the most annoying experience with any restaurant.
