Just received my order, spent 68 dollars and both pizzas I ordered were not cut at all. I called the store to advise and the manager said I was calling the wrong store which was impossible because I called the same number I placed the order to And then hung up on me ?

ZERO STARS STAY AWAY BAD SERVICE / BAD FRANCHISE....Was told 30min never received my order finally went in 2HRS later to ask for refund or discount something. Was told no manager onsite and they cant do it so just got a refund. Order Pizza from another company you will probably recieve it in a timely manner.
I was looking to buy a extravaganza Pizza but I didn't see it so I was just trying to find some similarities being my first time there that didn't work so I try to yet I guess some more than three toppings on one pizza because it's just me that didn't work so after craving a pizza week I didn't get my pizza very disappointing about Papa John but I see they don't have three or more toppings for 1 Pizza with sale so I have to do more investigation with Papa John's before I can say I didn't turned over from other pizza places to A Papa John's fan
Horrible place employees think they give wonderful customer service because they sometimes open the door for you . My husband tripped on crates they had on the floor as he was leaving and all they guy said was oh sorry. I called to speak to a Manger and all Alfonso told me we but did he fall though and if all your doing is calling to complain your doing it then he said I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday.

Quick service, had the gluten free veggie pizza. It is was delicious. Wife had the stuffed crust pepperoni She thought it was the best stuffed pizza.
