My first impression was great customer service. Had the Hawaiian BBQ and the teriyaki chicken plates. Unfortunately chicken was a little bit dry. Looks like they slice the chicken thin so it gets overcooked quickly. Overall it was good.

Love this chain, only thing I'm unhapoy about as a customer is that I can not sub some items in their combos. I get how some business operate but I am a believer that the customer should have the final say on buying a product.
A great local Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Great customer service and like many others Ono's, the food is cooked fresh, and extremely delicious. They are little pricey but you know where that money goes, to the quality of the food.
Vinessa gave the best customer service ever! I had a complicated order and she assured me that it wasn't a problem and helped me solve a way to get everything I needed!
It was my first time trying this place.The food taste good and the macaroni salad was delicious. You must tried this place if you like Hawaiian food. I will be back soon.

Am hawaiian born and raised in Hawaii. That said I ordered the bbq and chicken katsu plate lunch, while the meats were onolicious that is why it got 3 stars but it lost 2 stars because i had to throw the mac salad out, luckily I made some yesterday and ate that one with the plate lunch I bought, you could taste the onion flavor!! In hawaii there are NO onion anything in the mac salad!! If you like onions you'll love it but that is not how its supposed to taste, I would suggest onion on the side for those who like onions. Its a deal breaker for me, I won't be back there.
