oh ok customer service first time today and i just gotta say that i understand if they mest up your mobile order have a little consideration for the long line waiting behind th especially if its over a coffee or a small item .. dont complain over a coffee its not all about me you or the next person ots about having consideration for people but customer service is slow like every other McDonald's there all tha same they serve the drive thru before the people in the dining area
I asked for Spicy Buffalo Sauce and they give me Tangy Barbecue Sauce
2 for 5 be hittin different at 4am ?
Try to order breakfast at this place manager at that time not helpful I just asked to change the bread from my English muffin for a biscuit I was willing to pay extra but she never came back sent somebody else telling cannot do it I have ordered before in a different location avoid this place bad service I didn’t order anything I just walked away bad service in????

I am not a fan of McDonald's in general but every now and then I will grab breakfast for my staff. The drive-thru customer service is always a hit or miss but I will say the management team seems to be professional and courteous.
They got the order wrong and they are very slow. They said they had no soda at all to a customer but later I heard them tell someone else they haven't changed it. The one good thing that when the order came the fries were hot and they do take EBT FOOD for PEOPLE that are needing that program. ?
The customer service was great. My nephew ordered a regular egg McMuffin but she was able to figure out he meant a sausage egg McMuffin.
bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and hash Brown was good for a quick breakfast.
