I was surprised at what happened this morning as I always go to this Jack & The Box and generally don't have a problem. I went there this morning to get breakfast. It was past 6am so per the website, they should be open. In the drive thru, their trash can was blocking the lane so that was confusing and I couldn't go in the drive thru. When I pulled up in the next lane over to the window to ask were they open, two people just starred at me and didn't saying anything as if I wasn't there. I saw a lady (possibly manager) walk away so I backed up near where the menu to order was. There were signs tapped to the menu but they were hanging off so I couldn't even read what it said. I nicely asked the lady, " I can't tell if you guys are open or not?", and with an attitude she said, " I just got here". What does that have to do with anything and she still didn't answer my question. Sadly I drove away because with that type of service they obviously don't care about their customers. I was upset and disappointed as I had to go out of my way to this Jack in the box. Everyone be careful if you go to this location early. So disappointed.
Sad excuse of a jack n the box this time around, ordered a large sourdough jack with fries and they only filled the fries halfway. Thanks.
I love the Deluxe double Fish sandwich combo with large curly fries. When their promoting it. Fast service ❤ Nice employees
Nothing fresh coming out of this store taco’s supposed to be med crunchy? I remember in the 90s the taco’s where nothing like this? They where so good? Now worker are lazy get in that comfort zone? We need a food tester to come in from there main company to grade them everything will fall on the managers.
Me an my family went to this location an the doors were locked an shouldn't have been, by the time we made It Inside an ordered breakfast the young lady that was making the breakfast actually walked to the hashbrowns grabbed two with her bare hands an walked back towards where she was cooking, mind you they were for me an my family. We told them we didn't want the order an got our refund because we picked up on the nasty attitude. Rude nasty an on top of It all didn't care. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. They need to be careful who they hire to feed people. I was hoping not to even give one star.
Went through drive thru after a 10 minute in line, just ordered 3 Chicken Sandwiches . Got home and the Sandwiches were almost burnt and the wrappers were oily looked like they were reused. I tried to take it back in but rhe doors were locked and I went to rhw drive thru and I told them can I get 3 new Sandwiches but they told me they have to give me my refund. No Manager or Supervisor at the time, why is that? I should've saved the Sandwiches to take pictures, but I wouldn't want to feed this to my dogs. Smh
Customer service has decreased dramatically at this location. It used to be fast paced and some what friendly (not all the time).Went to this location 11/17 at 12:45 noon. Spent 10 minutes knocking on the door to get the attention of the workers inside. They let me in and in a rude way, I believe it was the manager that told me they closed the lobby. I told her I did not know of this. However, she kept complaining how they are busy and that they closed for a reason and how they are not allowed to put signs on the door.I told her it wasn’t my fault and I’m just here to order food. With a bad attitude she kept talking under her breath like it’s my fault they are busy.Hey, we are all here to work. I don’t go complaining to others that I’m busy and try to blame them. I do what I can.Now I’m again in the drive thru and been waiting 20 minutes for 2 cars. These employees are really getting on my nerves. The lobby is closed again and nothing indicates they are working faster that the lobby is closed.

The drive thru service is really fast. The two that attended me were really friendly polite, spoke clearly and perfect English . My food was prepared right and given to me in less than five minutes. The drive tru worker asked if I wanted anything else which totally rocked. Of course I added another item for i was starving. I give the joint a perfect ten out of ten. Great job , I know you'll enjoy the Jumbo Jack with everything including cheese. It's simply so delicious.
