Although this place is open 24 hours the service here was not good. There was not many people when we arrived and I took us about 5 minutes for someone to come out and give us a table. Once we had our table it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and once we had our order we didn't really see anyone else come and ask us if we need anything else like coffee. We had to almost go to the back of the kitchen once we wanted to pay to ask them to come out. I feel that we could have just walked out without pain and they wouldn't have noticed. The food was okay I ordered a spicy pepper jack melt, the hamburger cook could have been cooked a little bit more and the buns could have been toasted.
My Husband wanted pancakes at 2am so IHOP it was. We were greeted by a gentleman who was Cleaning tables and doubling as Host. He was the most polite, courteous and professional worker I've ever encountered at any IHOP. We sat down and it seemed to take a little while for us to be greeted and my Husband became a little impatient but once our waitress came, it was well worth the wait. She was patient, poised and also very polite. She made my Husband the perfect cappuccino and brought our food out quickly. She checked on us twice and assisted us quickly with additional cappuccino requests and to-go containers. My Husband gave her a hefty tip and based on that experience, I'm sure we'll be back. Great job IHOP Paramount. Keep up the great work.
Service was horrible. All the wait staff were on their phones or talking about what flavor chips they liked the best. Food came kind of cold.
i deliver food and i stepped in at around 2:30am and waited about 10 MINUTES for customer service ... no waitress helped me at all ...and the person that helped was the COOK THAT COOKS THE FOOD WOW ??? COULD U IMAGINE THAT LITERALLY THE PERSON U EVER THOUGHT WOULD GIVE THE HELP.. WAITRESSES HERE DONT DESERVE NO TIP AT ALL I DONT CARE HOW PRETTY THEY ARE THE 10 MINUTES SITTING IN THE COUCH JUST TO BE IGNORED BY BOUJIEE WAITRESSES .. MAKES ME NEVER WANA VISIT THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND THIS TRASHY IHOP
IHOP never fails. Glad they are in City of Paramount. They are in a convenient location but parking is not that great. Still one can find a parking space.It is a shared parking lot with other businesses.
It was very late and most places were closed. The server was great and the food was really good. We'll be back soon.

I guess ordering and eating there would be but because of the pandemic we dont i ordered breakfast for my family such a Disappointment you pay extra for toppings and u expect to see it the way it seems on menu but no everything was plain and still charged extra will not be ordering here anymore you pay way too much for such small and disappointing food not worth it at all. To top off everything there was hair in my food that was just disgusting.
This location is open 24 hours-supposedly- but I attempted to place an order over the phone at 9 pm, and they would not answer my call. Furthermore, when I've gone in person at night, the service is really slow since there appears to be only about 1 or 2 staff members working. I definitely do not recommend this location for late night dinners. Breakfast in the morning is okay since there are more chefs and employees working, but the night environment is really frustrating.
