Disappointed in til this location—They had no steakAnd other things they were running out ofSeeing the line was very long—they should have been making more itemsThe last two times we have comeThey have forgotten our chips as well and We’ve had to come back to get them-after getting settled at home.We have been wanting chipotle for the past couple days but when they were running out of other stuff they were getting it outThey just kept saying how it’s almost time to close but your not closed yet so make sure your customers are happy and satisfied until after you lock your doorsAlso my husband didn’t ask for lettuce on his burrito and they put it anyways
i placed an order for delivery through my chipotle app, got a notification saying my order has been delivered, after waiting an extra 10 minutes and no food i went to the chipotle restaurant and spoke to the manager and was able to get my order replaced! Even though it was an inconvenience for my order to not get delivered and lost i was thankful to the manager for replacing my order within 5 minutes of me being there! appreciate the staff and location!
I normally don’t leave negative reviews and I love Chipotle but the service at this location needs a lot of improvement. My local chipotle didn’t have the dining area open so my bf and I, drove to Paramount to dine in. As per usual, we asked for chips and queso, we only got the queso and no chips... I kindly told the cashier that we were missing the chips and she rudely responded that chips and queso were sold separately... I took a second look at the menu and it clearly said “chips and queso”.. I pointed at the menu and advice that the menu had “chips and queso”, she said “no, it’s sold separately”.. I don’t mind paying for my food so of course I asked for the chips and paid for them. We got 2 napkins and I walked back to the cashier and asked for more napkins, she literally handed me “1” napkin. I just walked away. She seemed to have been the manager because the other workers would just look at her without saying anything. She was very rude. I’m never returning to that specific location.
Super chill place. Great vibes all around looking forward to an eventful return. Food prices were on par with the area and all chipotle in general. not overpriced. Food is delicious and certainly will be returning. Queso is life the shredded beef is delicious
You messed up my order and then don't offer to replace the food.... instead give me a phone number where I have to remain on hold for 25 mins to talk to some guy who cant find my email or order number he then suddenly hangs up...I call back and someone picks up...I hear people talking in the background, I keep saying hello and no one replies... ridiculous!!
Always good !! I get the bowls. The brisket was good. Had to try it
Stingy on meat portions, some people get more than others. Charge extra for guacamole a d still stingy. ?

This Chipotle takes forever to get your food. The line moves very slowly and you would think you were waiting for Elton John tickets. When we were there, the cash register went down so that added another 10 minutes to our wait. The service is just so so, they don't seem to care at all. The food, however is served hot and it is fine. It is not great, but it is okay. I won't be back to this one, but I may try another.
