The drive thru wait was ridicules! Nearly 25 minutes.
The food is Carl's. Not much different. The service and wait time could be worked on a lot. My is the drive thru. The prices are ALWAYS different from what's on the board. Always thr same excuse. Oh the just changed the price and haven't updated it.
Drive thru is so slow......... Inside is empty. Oh well. Food was good

Good food. But customer service is bad, There not 24hrs open. But the sign is always on 24/7 open. And at 3am they always say there closing for 30mins to come back. I went back at 3:45am no one is there but.
The app said it’s open 24 hrs. and when I went to the drive thru, the guy on the speaker said they are already closing up and the time is 2:20 A.M., what con are you advertising, saying open 24 hrs. ???
I'm giving 1 star simply for the fact the waiting time is horrible in drive thru, it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes wait time. I've worked in fast food before all the food are all flashed frozen or pretty much ready to be cooked. All the food preparation is in a assembly line and to make an order should be under 3 minutes per order. Let's say per vehicle a family of 5 which includes 5 burgers, 5 fries and 5 sodas and 9 piece chicken star nuggets all that should be done in 3 minutes. If you get 3 cars of family of 5 they all should be outta before the 10 minutes mark. Also, by the time the fried product is done guess what everything else should be too. The fry machine would always been like a timer to me the timer for the fry machine is set between 3 to 4 minutes depending if its a full bag or whatever fried product it is. Carls jr in Paramount on Lakewood Blvd you need to step up in Customer Service. The wait time needs major improvement and you can't say short staff, I've also worked when we were limited on employees. Just need to be more productive on the time being spent when on clock. Plus, the manager is not greatest either I may add he is rude and not polite just asked for your atm card and does not say anything and gives you a stare down. If not happy find something else Mr. Manager.
Went thru Drive thru but everytime I go now its always fresh the food the fries are always fresh and big shout out to the guy in the driveway you the best not sure what his name is but imma get it next time I go again?
