3 stars for the service but no stars for the food, I mean what happened to the mafia named pizzas and the pulled pork sandwiches and the gattem onion rings oh and don't let me start on the buffalo wings damn near burned to the bone barely any meat left on it, I've been coming to Alondras since it started of Alondra Blvd right before paramount Blvd it's now a souls food spot, this will be my last time going even my 19 year old was disappointed and my. 8 year old even said the fries were really salty. Yup! We might be seeing the end of a once great establishment hate to see how the one in the Montebello/pico Rivera area is doing I won't be trying that one either.

My first time here. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious. The host and servers were quick, friendly and attentive. I ordered the mushroom pizza?... it was perfect?. My Michelada was just right? We arrived during happy hour, so the prices were great, all HH items were $7?Kid friendly menu?I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

best wings ever. nashville hot chicken sandwich is pretty good too. tried the pizza and onion rings there and I didn’t care for them at all..

Food was awful. Wings were dry, both inside and as far as sauceIt was a cold night and yet had the AC blasting; my Margarita pizza got cold fast.Took 3 tries to get my daughter's boneless wings. It's a luxury for some of us to dine out, not doing it again here.

This review is to reflect my order for super bowl sunday..I pre-ordered 60 wings for superbowl early Saturday when the restaurant first opened. The manager Mike was friendly, took my order and made me feel confident that the wings were gona be great and worth the 130.00 I paid for them.On Sunday when I came in to pick up my order at my assigned 12:00 pick up window the order was in two tins, hot wrapped up and ready to go (so I didn't get to look inside). When I got home, less then 10 min later we opened up the order and I was absolutely angry at the sight. The wings were extremely over cooked, their was hardly any kind of sauce on any of them and some were even burnt to a crisp.I tried calling to see if there was a way I could have either a new batch made or my money refunded but nobody ever answered the phone.IVE HAD BETTER FROM WING STOP FOR NOT EVEN A QUARTER OF THE PRICE AND THAT SAYS ALOT,I WILL NEVER ORDER/EAT HERR AGAIN.??

If I could give then a 0 or negative I would. We loved coming to Alondras when they were in downtown Long Beach the wings and pizza were amazing. Then they moved here and the quality of food is disguisting, chuck e cheese had better food.We just paid $61 for 16 wings 1 Pepperoni pizza and fries and asked for the wings to be extra crispy. The wings were completely unedible because the skin was so soggy it felt almost raw. The pizza was like cardboard, black on the bottom and cheese was like fake cheese not like real Mozarella should be.When we picked up the food we asked for a side of ranch and extra carrots for the wings, they said that would be extra my husband says ok.Our bill went from $61 to $71. My husband says $10 for a side of ranch and a few extra carrots? Cashier says oh I entered it wrong, then proceeds to charge him $5. My husband says what.....$5 he said I'm ok and they then charged $1 for just the ranch...wth. both cashier and other waitress leave my husband at the counter and start chatting when our food was right there ready. My husband had to interrupt them and say isn't that my food. Waitress says no that's another order. Husband said you just put my side of ranch in there and stuck our food in the warmer. Waitress goes ohhhh hahahaha knowing damn well it was our order.Get home the wings don't even come with carrots or Celery. We've been long time customers but we will never return after this experience and horrible customer serviceI want my money back as we threw away 12 of the 16 wings because of being so soggy and raw.Lost a long time customer and will definitely deter people from this place.Too bad they used to be so good.Save your money and steer clear of this place.

Alondras used to be a 5 star place. People complained about the wing size. Well. You got what your wanted, they have the same fatty wings that the other chain sells and are also getting 3 bucks more for them... Sorry guys. I won't be back for fatty 22dollar wings. Good luck..

Chicken wings were delicious, pizza was just ok... crust was dry & too thin.. menu prices are not accurate, off by a few bucks.. service was mediocre.. $65 lunch for 2 seems excessive when u consider I had water.. nobody mentioned lunch specials although paper posters advertised take out deals.. left disappointed & with buyers remorse.. next time I'll go with my gut instinct & go have sushi.

Loved the wings. Spice BBQ is the best. The one thing they need more staff

I ordered strips, wings, chicken and fries. I’ve heard great reviews about this restaurant’s good quality of food. However, I have to report for this review that I was very disappointed/unsatisfied with my order. I don’t know if it was because of the holiday and the restaurant was busy. The food didn’t taste good at all. It was barely seasoned and overcooked. The customer service on the other hand was great.
