Horrible customer service, and they definitely will not pack your order correctly, so dont count on it if your ordering to go. The manager has the nastiest attitude and was very rude. One of those loud girls who try to over talk you when they know they messed up. It all reflected in the food and issues we were having, on how bad this person is at their job. This establishment will forget something from the order and then make it seem like it's your fault and problem. No type of apology or effort. The chicken was also undercooked. ????

I walked in around 9pm tired from work but the order was so bright eyed with a smile and happiness that I just ordered more then I should have

One of my favorite places to grab lunch food is great but the best thing about this place is the customer service. They look like there short on staff but they give great customer service the girl working the register has such a great attitude. Forgot to ask her name but thank you for such a great customer service.

Good workers and I think there one of the best in the valley.The Van Nuys location sucks, plus you have to wait a long time to get your food????

I like this place. Though the under cooked brown rice is starting to annoy me. About 75% of the time the rice is still raw in the center and is difficult to digest. Other than that I enjoy their food. The bathrooms and dining area are kept cleen. The coupons that you get in the mail are a good bargain. I recommend this place.

I'm an Uber Eats driver & when I arrived to YOSHINOYA BEEF BOWL ON SEPULVEDA & ROSCOE to pick up an order I noticed a customer in line ordering with out a mask but he was speaking with his shirt pulled up over his mouth, I immediately brought this to the attention of who appeared to be one of the managers who quickly dismissed my concern by telling me not to worry about it, that he was going to address it with the customer. I replied that I was worried about it and he should be as well. That the customer should either be presentd with a mask if one was availble or asked to leave and comw back with the proper mouth covering. The manager was traculent in all his responses and clearly (to me) didnt handle this situation with any urgency or care. I am reporting him and this establisment to lacounty departmen of health and their environmental health dept. I can only hope they are either warned or sited because these types of incidences are callous & dangerous to the public's health & safety! With the omicron variant gaining momenum here in CA you'd expect food service establishments like YOSHINOYA to take our safety more seriously!

The gentleman making the actual bowl in the back actually asked me if I wanted the juice inside that or inside the little container that was awesome..
