I keep holding out hope that Yoshinoya can get back to basics. It's a good product if it's executed properly. My most recent visit I had uncooked brown rice, uncooked udon noodles, and cold chicken. This was after waiting 20 minutes for my take-out order. I was the only customer there at the time. Bottom line cooks and or management need re-training. Unless there is change I don't recommend this establishment at this time.

Asked for extra sauce. They drenched the rice in sauce (like it was soup), then put more on the meat. That’s a little more than extra. Then the chicken had a gross skin on it. Not worth the money. I will never eat here again. Pretty sure what they charged me didn’t line up with what was the meal price either. Lastly, asked for no veggies, and there were definitely a few veggies in there.
I got half the amount of what I ordered .... not cool... never again
I was just at the Yoshinoya on Roscoe & Sepulveda in Panorama City. A customer came in and was standing around waiting for her phone order. Other customers came and gone, her order wasn't processed. She was quietly frustrated and canceled her order. I can see why... shortage of workers, and a manager who didn't even try to help the problem order, totally indifferent, and didn't lift a finger to help. Oh, why the shortage of workers? Because Yoshinoya discriminates against a class of people, in violation of Federal, California, and Los Angeles County laws.
Ordered large steak bowl and received half the steak.
