Their taco truck has good tacos for those late nights coming back from a party/club. My favorites are the Tacos de Carne Asada and the Horchata. They have green, red, and avocado salsa. And they also have sliced lemons, cucumber, and raddish you can use to add to add to your plate.There is even a dining area set up with tables and chairs where you can eat with family and friends.My family ordered a total of 22 tacos at midnight and it only took 7 minutes for us to get our food.Overall, it's a nice spot for late night mexican food. The only reason why I rate it 4 stars instead of 5, is because the salsa station was looking messy. But other than that I will continue to eat here!
The rice and tortillas were old. My sister didn’t even eat her plate.

Their grade is a B on the lunch truck, that is the 1st red flag. Suadero Tacos had no flavor, only one salsa available. Limes and radishes looked old and were dry. 4 small Tacos for $9 to be sitting down on a dirty table seems kind of high.

Worst place ever. Expensive prices for not good quality of food. I gave some indications of how I wanted my meat and they did something totally different.It was a good costumer service tho. And maybe for others the taste of the food is good so, you decide!
