I’ve been a regular customer of Red Ribbon and I must say that so much has changed with regards to the quality of their cakes. I usually get the Ube Overload and Mango cakes but I have been disappointed lately with the quality. It used to be really good. Now the sponge is dry and doesn’t stay that fresh any more. The consistency isn’t the same as before, the prices did go up same time as quality went down. They should probably get surveys and feedback from customers to know where they should improve.Service wise, no complaints, crew are patient and friendlier.
I don’t know what the hit of the spot but your food empanadas that my wife bought it for me it’s superb the cooking was great and the cakes are great to specially that mango cake or taro cake ???❤️??
I tried a new cake I had not seen before. Called Nirvana Mango cake and may I just say it was amazing. I purchased this delicious cake to celebrate my anniversary. My husband and family loved every bite. We only have 1 slice left saved for tomorrow.
No doubt the cakes are good but the customer service sucks one person the rest of the people are there instead of of them packing less say the empanadas the cashier is doing it mean while ppl are waiting on line to get help i waited there 15 minutes just to buy a cake.Leave the cashier to be a cashier I would understand if their no one else but they had 3 ppl available.
Nice little bakery shop, Coffee tastes good, cakes are Delicous and the chicken empanada I tried is very good I liked the crusty flaky crust. Friendly service!
Got here 10 min before closing and was helped in no time. I didn't find what I was craving, but that didn't matter. They keep everything fresh and I still left satisfied.
I highly recommend the empanadas, cheesy ensaimada, and ube ensaimada. Customer service is the best and the storefront is very clean. It is a franchise so it doesnt have that family feel, but it has the consistency, quality, freshness, and service you would expect from a place like Starbucks, Coffee Bean, or 85 degrees. I've never had any of their family packs or cakes but I have ordered a couple dozen empanadas on christmas eve and they were freshly baked and hot for a while. Very reliable staff.
Red Ribbon has always been our go-to place for yummy cakes and pastries even back in the Philippines. We used to live nearby, but even though we’ve moved, we still come back here to get cakes and pastries. Every time we have a birthday celebration, observing a holiday, or even just when we are craving for some sweets, this is the place we immediately think about and go to.Aside from the sweet goodies, they also have delicious Empanadas that we usually get for snacks. I highly recommend trying those out.
I wish they have more traditional Filipino refreshing drinks.
The first time My wife and I waltzed thru the doors of Red Ribbon was back in 1988, at the intersection of Sunset and Highland (I think). Ever since then, we’ve been to several of their bakeries. The most recent being here in Panorama City. If you’ve never had Philippine bakery goods, you are in for a mouth
