Very rude customer service. I asked for the corporate office number. The woman took me and my family’s order. After she took our order and slide my husband’s credit card. She asked for our vaccination card. She could have asked for that way before she took our order. The manager was rude as well.

I’m giving 5 stars because my visit today to Pollo Campero was amazing!!First, the lady who took and prepared my order was very helpful, although it was busy she was very caring with my order, and handed it to me very fast.Second, my food was so delicious! Chicken was juicy and flavorful and side order were fresh!!!It feels so good when you receive this kind of service, the cashier who I think was also the manager was very kind and professional.I visited this location on 08/25 @ 6:45pm.I’m sure I’ll be coming back more often for both the great customer experience and the great food!
Horrible food. I love pollo campero but this location is really bad my camperitos were blackSo burnt and is so hot in the restaurant

Food used to be good but the chicken was dark as hell the last few times I went there n the workers are kinda slow on purpose of your black if u get what I mean.... probably.ever go there again. I'll try another location
