Selfish and greedy franchisee corporation that nickle-and-dimes the customers by overcharging over national prices, and tacking on a fake service charge on top of other fees. They have a near monopoly on Pizza Huts in the area, so they know they can get away with it. Absolute trash.The employees are nice.
I always order late at night and they come so fast and the food is perfect.
I've never had a this bad of a problem with Pizza Hut before in 12 years. But this location is the worst I've ever been to. I order nights, 8PM - 1AM. The customer service here at this location is terrible. Twice there was a young women with blonde hair with black faded skinny jeans. First time I walked in she didn't even look at my face. Her head was completely faced down sorting recipes. She did not say hi, or hello. I said hi and my name and I'm here for a pickup, then she went to grab the box of pizza and put it on the counter and resumed reading the recipes lol. I even had my debit card and ID for verification, it was insane, I could of just randomly guessed the right name. The 2nd time she said something in Spanish, I don't speak Spanish but I said hi I'm here for so and so and then she became very serious, completely dropped the smile and did the same exact thing. Grabbed the pizza box not looking at my face and put it on the counter. Without any warmness or care for the customer at all. The other experiences I had were pretty bad also. 2nd pizza was very dry, most likely they were lazy and gave me old Pizza someone never picked up. Then at 12:50am a month later at night, 10 minutes before they were closing, the driver delivered my pizza to me and had me sign a paper. He seemed friendly but then when I opened the box, it was horrible. It was an old Pizza that had been sitting out for 8 hours. It looked disgusting and was completely inedible for $22! It was the worst Pizza Hut experienced I have ever had in 12 years. When I called the store and spoke with Jackie at 10AM she literally just instantly offer me credits. I mean credits are fine but I could of at least just explained what happened. Jesus. The last thing was today 2.15.22 10:20PM, the pizza was absolutely undercooked. The bread was moist and almost wet from lack of being cooked and then my stomach began to experience serious diarrhea. I went to the bathroom after and said enough. You guys deserve 1 star. I've seen other young men here who were the same, very serious. No smiles, terrible customer service. Everyone seems tired and no one honestly cares about their job which is sad. No one here seems to have hope or pride in their work. It's like they are all broken and made so many mistakes and heard so many complains they literally don't care anymore. I'm almost 100% confident the store manager and franchise owners here have terrible training and really bad communication. I've seen terrible places like this that the owners only care for the money. In contrast little Caesars Pizza by my house tastes more fresher and cooked very nicely with much lesser mistakes with 60% to 70% less of the price. I will never go here again. I think you should never go here either. At my job, customer service is our number one priority and we have insane quality control. My mangers and leaders push us hard, our training is excellent and our communication is excellent. This place is a disaster.
I love pizza. The hot wings especially. My last purchase was horrible, I will never eat there again. They would not try to fix order. I did not even eat the pizza. Next time I order pizza it will not be Pizza hut.
Our driver / delivery person was exceptionally friendly and followed directions. Also thanked us for the tip. I think that was the first time anyone ever mentioned the tip and we ALWAYS tip more than 25%.
This location DOES NOT use or maintain THE STATES EBT HOT MEALS PROGRAM as contracted. I’ve called the last 3 days and the system still isn’t working. Just called and asked again employee says it doesn’t work and has no idea when it will be fixed hasn’t spoken to his manager about it. So don’t expect to use EBT at this location seems this location may not or doesn’t care to cater to lower income individuals. Better come with cash or you’ll leave empty handed with no answers as to when this location will address its lack of customer service to panorama city’s lower income citizens
I thought I would not have to say a bad thing I ordered big dinner box when it came I payied for it and found out I was missing a pizza there was suppose to be two pizza was only one pizza hut gives me the run around I have called corporate 2 times the person who answer is trained to lie to you bc they charged me 39.99 for something I didn't get they did not make it right they be ripped me off be careful they will rip you off they have to many young people working there the worse thing is the one making the pizza touched his s face, leg and Itches his nose now that's nasty
I give it a two because i ordered bread sticks they are good but the wings are expensive i got 18 wings for 30 dollars so thats why i give it a 2 stars
Go to spot dont remember the girls name but shes always very helpful they missed a order of pasta but overall always good
I only gave two stars because the cheesesticks I ordered were actually really good. Unfortunately, the pizza was not. I ordered a Supreme, and what I got was disappointing and didn't taste great either. The veggies were burnt and there weren't a lot and the crust had no flavor on it and was kind of tough. Definitely not worth the almost $30 dollars I paid. Don't know if I will order again from this location in the future.
