This place tends to be busy. The food is good and usually served quickly. You have to listen carefully when your number is called to get your order because it can be hard to hear over the mask worn by the crew and they may not always repeat the announcement. The crew seems friendly enough, but it does not show in their eyes ... it's hard to tell if they're smiling with their masks on.
I went on 29th of June, 2022. I had 3 pcs chickenjoy and a mashed potato with 2 pineapple drinks. The chicken was delicious. I would've given 5 stars if I was not told that I could not have all 3 chicken thigh (I was only allowed to have 2 thighs and 1 leg even when I was willing to pay extra and I was told to leave while I was still eating only because they were rushing to go home.
Been a huge fan of this joint! They have a great menu with "Philipino" style fast foods from fried chicken to palabok to burgers an fries to mango peach pies! Oh an I just tried the banana langka pie, sooo good!Absolutely love this place!
Went to Jollibee in Panorama City. I am from Colorado and we don't have them there. I'm visiting and heard all the hype and it didn't disappoint! I got the 3 piece chicken (2 legs and a thigh-spicy) it came with a side. I got mashed potatoes and I also got a spicy chicken sandwich. Super crispy chicken. Very moist! I thought the chicken sandwich would have a spice in the seasoning but they just added jalapenos. Either way it was delicious. The chicken pieces were good but the thigh had very little meat on it. Was hoping for a breast but I didn't ask for one therefore that's on me. Good spice seasoning on the chicken and again...super crispy!!! Definitely jumped into my top 5!
False adverting and overcharging doesn’t exactly make me want to go back. The foods were pretty good, but their dishonesty about what are pictured on the menu and the price just makes me not want to go back. Not sure if this was standard practice for all their locations or it was just an isolated incident at the Panorama City, CA location. The price for the two chicken dippers plus spaghetti is $6.99, but Jollibee wanted to charge me $9.99. When I brought it up... the cashier and manager tried to play dumb. The manager did give it to me for $6.99 but then IMMEDIATELY turned the menu OFF in the middle of lunch rush when there were about 10 people behind me. The burger steak patties were advertised as full round burger patties vs. what I received were two HALF size burger patties! Please CORRECT this!!! False advertising and overcharging is NOT good business practice!
I came here to get food. And came out of my way to try. I asked if I could get a combo and swap a meat item for non meat side. The lady asked the manager. Who came up to the front and talked to the girl and had a full blown conversation in another language and walked to the back. It was hella rude so I walked out and got nothing. I would not reccomend this store.
I love Jolliee chicken! It's the best. I came here with my mom and dad and they too love this stuff. Staff was super nice and friendly. This location is one of the more clean ones. Parking is super tight even on the best of days. Sometimes there's a line up. There are other stores in the plaza you can walk over to when you are finished eating at Jolliee. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another!
5 months ago I came to this location, and ordered a10 piece chicken only. I wrote a review about my horrible experience of having to wait more than 30 minutes to never receive the order.Today I ordered a 10piece and aloha burger for my kids. This time I waited 40minutes, all while other order numbers after mine were being served. I decided to address the issue with the manager and requested a refund. I also showed her my review from 5 months ago. I was getting my refund when she noticed a disgaurded ticket, under the food display, guess whose it was.What I'm saying is, if you come to this location, good luck... I'm done with all jollibee stores now.
All crews that processing orders for to go they have to check what’s on the receipt one by obe. I Ordered bucket treat A for pick up and never get a chance to check what’s inside the bags and it’s missing the peach mango pie that’s included in the family pack. Tried calling jollibee panorama for 5 times and no one answer. Such a waist of time!!!!
the lady forgot to give me napkins and their phone was not working .I was ordering ahead but no ones anwering
