I went and I saw Jack inside the box...he gave me a delicious burger

The Staff are too young to know anything about respect or professionalism. And the management is no better. When you have an issue the pretend not to understand you. Not really a fan of this locations jack in the box.
Highly processed grub at reasonable prices. Tacos are a trip for a burger joint. The staff was good. I enjoyed the value burger.

I’ve always gone to this location but after tonight I’ll be going else where. The female at the window had an attitude for no reason. Hire people who actually WANT to work there and will be happy to provide customer service.
This is a good jack in the box.but there loction.is very bad area.there on roscoe and sepulvada blvd.this is in the heart of the valley.and is the worst place to be in at 3:00 am.very bad location.do not walk around this eartly.but i just left the hospital.
I ordered 20 tacos "no saauce". And 1 large reg fry and 1 large curly fry.I got to the window and paid.The kid in the window asked what sauce we needed. We said ranch and taco sauce.He replies "I'm sorry were out of taco sauce, but I can give you alot of ranch"He said that only because a short pink haired girl told him to say that they were out.But I wasnt happy I knew they had taco sauce, so the little pink haired girl brought the order and asked what sauces we wanted, we answered whatever you have there (pointing at where the taco sauce and ketchup always are). She replies back the taco sauce, I replied fast yes I thought you guys were out.She got a bit nervous couldn't even speak. I asked for the kids name she paused for a bit and thought about what name to say... she said "Michael".So we drive off. Ughh and I notice our fries are not bagged.. THIS WAS SOO IRRITATING AND UNNECESSARY !!The kids real name is Ricardo. I saw it on the receipt.The pink haired little girl her name is Ingrid.
Food is ok, but they always make u move your car forward and wait around the corner for your food instead of letting you wait in the drive thru. This is the worst.
The service is great, they just don’t pay attention when putting the correct food in the bag, I’ve gotten the wrong food like 2+ times.
