Amazing Food.Today I saw a person take soda from the machine and a employee told him to stop.The person looked like he was not all there and I felt he could have lost it on him or the customers. Please in -N-Out don’t put customers at risk over a 2 cent drink.
Well i can't say anything bad about In and Out, i can say every fast food restaurant would do as same they run their stores, really clean really amazing customer service really good tasty food, plus everything is made it fresh... i will give another star to them lol
My favorite burger joint! You're not gonna find a better combination of quality and value anywhere. The wait is longer than most fast food establishments but that's because they're always busy and that should tell you all you need to know about how good the food is. I recommend going online to learn about the "secret" menu options if this is your first time.

Decent burger (I'm still not sure if I like the fries). Clean facility. Clean staff. Fast service considering the volume of business that they do. Plenty of parking. All around good experience. I recommend this place.
Mess up 2 simple ordersSpecific order in fries and forgot to complete order.No straw , No cup lids,. Ask 4 extra napkins, little lady who call for order pick had a attitude gave one sheet of napkin it not that serious.But next time I'm nit going to be nice.
In N Out Burger Store #134. Located in Van Nuys California. Well first of all let me start off by saying that I love In-N-Out Burger. Im not guilty, to say honestly that this is the best burger place in the world. Not only the quality is the best. And the staff and the employees, or should I say Associates, are excellent and always smiling. Furthermore they take great pride in keeping all their restaurants clean. And it shows in the attention of the details. I can't say that I've walked in into one of their restrooms and it was a mess. The restrooms are always kept supplied and clean. Especially during this pandemic, they have taken special precautions to make sure that everyone is kept safe. And speaking about covid-19 guidelines, In-N-Out Burger strictly follows All State Federal in County guidelines. To make sure that everyone, including the associates, are kept safe. Now let's talk about the burgers, everyone is familiar with the animal style. That basically means that the meat is mustard fried. And whenever you ordered mustard fried on the Patty you automatically get pickle. And it comes with gnarly grilled onions which taste very good. On top of that it comes with extra spread and top of the lettuce. But of course is other ways to order your burger. Animal style just happens to be my personal favorite. And now that we're talking about animal style, don't forget you can also order the fries animal style. Which basically means that you get an order of fries with two melted cheese grilled onions and spread on top. Definitely the way to go if you're feeling extra hungry. But we can mention all this great food without mentioning their milkshakes. I understand that the milkshakes and made from real ice cream. And it's my personal favorite too. You can choose from chocolate vanilla or strawberry. But if you get creative you can also order a Neapolitan all three flavors. I would also like to add that the prices are always great here in and out burger. For the amount of quality food that they serve. And excellent customer service they provide. You really can't beat the prices. Especially being in California. Ultimately, I want to give special thanks to everyone who works very hard on keeping in and out a wholesome environment. It is no surprise that this company In-N-Out Burger, is well known as a Christian loving organization. I would like to point out that when you order a drink, at the bottom of the Cups there's a verse from the Bible. John 3:16 ?
