Full disclosure: Pollo Loco is a personal favorite. I give this 5 stars as a fast food restaurant, because it meets those expectations.Service was very good, and there was a new trainee there so I could see how they treat the newbies. Which is very good as far as I could tell. Customers were also patient with him which is also very good.Speaking of very good, that also describes the food. I really like the marinade that they use and everything was cooked wonderfully.Pollo Loco. You can't go wrong there.
Food was good like always.But the restaurant itself was toooioioi dirty.Plus this shouldn't happen at any fast place without being address.They had a water leak from the fountain drinks machine.This is a no, no.
The worst pollo loco I Been tooIt should be call Ghetto loco ..everything is old ...the chicken ? has no flavor ...you have to keep asking for extra sauce...plus the manager has a Bad attitude to customers and his staff ...treats them like children.....The restaurant doesn't look clean ...the drive threw is always first ....the Tortillas from the taco is cold ....not even heated...I stopped going ....
What a dirty place all tables unclean and nobody's care of it looks like every customer has to clean the tables before be seat not recommendable very dirty everywhere shame of this place. Never en ever comeback

Good yummy food with care but the Hihgiene of that place is sky rocketing floor has wet soda pieces of food all around the floor tables do not get clean after a person eats. Their restroom have toilet paper and pee all over the floor. This place is a yeast infection I don't know how they get away with this.
Drive thru sucked. Rude staff. Tried to give me the wrong order and when they corrected it, the rice in my burrito was uncooked.
pollo Loco didn't have any ranch dressing for the chicken tostadas I ordered, waste of dinner.
Bad service the guy that took my order had an attitude and was fighting with every customer, also we waited for a long time for our food which the rice was all burnt like it was the leftovers definitely not coming back to this place.
