The manager could have been nicer. He was a little short and sent me away without being friendly. Too direct. Anyway, the staff is great, Elena had this adorable eye make up on to liven up her life and she apologized for my complaint. Now that’s a manager. He was too busy photographing the food for some odd reason and mostly in the back.The staff kept busy and they needed a buser. And more attention on the floor, but otherwise a fine establishment.I think GALLO GIRO is the best Mexican food in LA, but it’s always in the middle of a lot of Mexican American Communities. So, really far from all the touristy stuff but if you want real CALIFORNIA MEXICAN food visit any one of the GALLO Giro Locations. If you want to feel like you’re in GUADALAJARA, come here. The bakery lacked diversity, and is alot smaller than the one in Huntington Park but the food variety was great. And the new DRIVE THRU IS AMAZINg!Yikes! The toilets are filthy! No air, and this creepy fan noise, and I wanna say, No Central air! The door knobs to the toilets are QUESTIONABLE at best. Feels like ur in Mexico in here.
Real good, authentic, Mexican food. However, I didnt like how the meal in the picture, wasent what I was given. The portion of rice and beans, wasent enough for a 4 yr old. So even tho the prices were way high. Example, 3 chicken tacos with said rice n beans, was $15 !!The food was good, but I wont be back unless someone else is paying.
Waited 25min at the drive thru and nobody took my order, Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Will not purchase anything from this store location
The staff always treat me kindly and accommodate my order when I customize it. They're friendly and professional. I always enjoy my visit. Food tastes good and prices are competitive.
As soon as we walked in Luisa greeted us with a great smile that you can see through her mask. When helping us at the register she made us feel comfortable and helped us so fast. Would definitely go back and recommend this store

I ordered my cake here and I loved it! The lady was so nice, asking about the theme and wanting to get to know things better to make sure the cake was what I wanted. I don't recall her name, but thank you.
I know we are experiencing an increase of price in everything but prices here are exaggerating. Customer service is good.One thing I notice every time I am there is that employees go to the restroom wearing their apron and they are not suppose to.Also the service at the drive through is really slow
