Be aware of this place. The manager is a lady doesn’t speak English or understands it. I call to get my credit and the manager was so rude rude that I don’t understand how this people get managers position with No people skill? She didn’t want to speak her language Spanish since her English is poor. So if you get credit for any reason? Make sure you get it in writing- the food was so cold after they took one hour and 30 min
I've never had an issue with this location until TODAY! I ordered on my mobile app per usual (order #151) and it said that Juan was preparing my order (LG pizzas 3 toppings) great, right, not, 2 out of 3 pizzas arrived INCORRECT! I ordered pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños but I got no sausage it was replaced with PINEAPPLE my son is allergic to pineapple! The other one was mushroom, green pepper, and black olives, because I have a vegan visitor in the house, and it arrived MEATY with pepperoni and ham! What a disappointment, I called to get this fixed, gentleman on the phone sounded overwhelmed and distressed, placed me on hold twice to talk to his manager, but Juan the guy who made my order and the manager at this location didn't take the call. The employee who answered the phone should be the new manager or supervisor, he compensated me in full since the pizza was not edible for my quests/family. No complains with the delivery guy Mathew he was so respectful and courteous big tip next time. I hope corporate replies to my review or at least look into this location I'm sure revenue is down due to poor manangement and supervision.

To whoever owns this store,Please hire new employees! You can NEVER get someone to pick up ! This has happened several times in the past by the way. Now the app is down and this specific store just has horrible customer service how do you run a business when no one can ever answer ? We rely on the app solely because your team is horrible !
delivery driver never showed up after my nephew band I waited over and hour. I called for a refund and the lady was rude, they usually get my order wrong when I order. They need better management at the Roscoe store
The usual. Uneven toppings. Pan pizza states “toppings to the edge” but this specific location doesn’t follow thru. If I go to dominos I’ll typically drive to a different location but this time I gave in and ordered delivery. This is my local dominos for over 10 yrs so I’ve had worse experiences with them and their management. If you can, avoid this location. The one on Sepulveda/Vanowen and the one on Devonshire/Woodley is far more reliable. Trust me. They get 2 stars for it actually being edible for once and arriving on time. If you go to their location to pickup, your experience may vary. I’ve opened a pizza box upon pickup and declined taking it home or them remaking it due to poor execution. I’ve also had them make me wait in their lobby for over 30 minutes without even telling me my order was ready, even though I placed it before arriving. Just beware.
Wow, if you want to wait 40 minutes for your pizza after the app says it’s ready, come here!!! The pizza is cold by the time you get it so make sure to microwave your pizza so it would be hot when you’re ready to eat. Absolutely horrendous service and garbage attitude. They don’t care about customers one bit. Never ordered at such terrible dominos.I’m sure corporate couldn’t care less since they got their money from you. I suggest ordering from Pizza Hut or other places than here. Or, try your luck at other dominos and cross your fingers hoping that you don’t have to wait close to an hour even though the app says the pizza is ready. There were at least 3 groups who had the same experience as well…MINIMUM.
Food is good but service is bad. They never answer the phones you have to be lucky for them to answer the phone. So I usually order online but the last past couple of time they take over an hour to deliver. Then the driver is either rude or something is missing.
The worst pizza I ever had all Raw and no sauce, horrible.
