I think their customer service at this location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Their employees come off as extremely unfriendly and uninviting. In my experience, the employees are negative and very unhappy. I think the training for their employees is poor. And their general knowledge for handling common tasks is incredibly poor. I can not vision complex problems being solved at this location.Regardless of the terrible conditions of this store, the food is surprisingly good. And my orders are so far, correct. Do not think you will not have a negative experience. If you pick up, it will be rough. If you are a driver, it will be rough. If you do a walk in, it will be in an environment in which the employees will have terrible customer service.I was met with a man at night who seen me at the drive thru. He looked at me like 'oh God'. 'A customer'. 'God what does he want'. And I felt very unwelcomed. I tried peacefully to smile. He turned his head and ignored me for 10 minutes, working on something in front of me. I was so confused. I thought the store was closed or something because of covid. I began to show my app through the window. The employee pretended he could not see me. 15 minutes later, a women gives him the food and he opened the window slightly, looking unhappy and quickly gave me the bag of food. I was tried to clarify if I had the correct order. But they just said, yes, yes. I think their communication was poor. I grabbed the food and looked inside the bags to double check. He quickly told me I put the hot sauce in there. And closed the window. 0 out of 5 stars experience. Really awful for the customers here.My second experience, involved a young Asian man. I walked in and everyone ignored me. I stood confused for 5 or 7 minutes. I told the male employee in a friendly way that I was here for a pickup. Before I could complete my sentence he quickly interrupted me and told me 'it's not ready'. 'it's not ready'. I told the male employee, I wanted to let you know. He stares at me and then walks away. There were 3 older Hispanic females working close together. I did not know what was happening or if it was even my order. No one wanted to look at my face. I received my food and told the male employee, if they put the yellow sauce or I think the orange sauce in the bag of food. He told me 'no'. 'we don't have that'. Then a women brings a handful of hot sauce and puts it in my bag. The Asian male employee told me, 'those are orange'. 'we don't have yellow'. I told him, 'I don't need to be corrected'. And I left.

The 2 cars ahead us took a long time for them to order! Other than that the service was good and my dinner was warm and tasty. I just don't like lettuce in my burrito ?

I was going to try the new shrimp quesadillas today but the cashier didn't want to take orders anymore. They wanted to do drive-thru only upon my arrival. They turned me and a few other paying customers away. The lobby is still closed down for some reason so no dine-in available. This was a buzz kill since I haven't had Del Taco since 2011. I'm not coming back to this location ever again.

Let's just say... Not really a drive thru. They take forever to serve and can still manage to botch your order. They used to be good back in the day but not no more.

I get there they don't even have the orders ready and then their attitude is very nonchalant. I was very much turned off and I will never go back to Del Taco again. It's a Friday night in Los Angeles and they could care less and the parking lot was empty. I don't know who the manager is but I guess he doesn't care about making money because hes got employees that don't care.

My local neighborhood Del Taco and I've been going there for years and I love this place!

I give 1 star for fish taco but none star for the girl who took my order tonight at 7.30. I have never had bad customer service experience with Del taco everywhere I go. You need to be patient qith the customer if u want to take order so if not just go to work in the kitchen.

I don't know what is the problem with the employees here but they close early and refuse to take orders during their posted open hours of operation. Christian and Erica refused at least three cars, and stoped service at 12:28am on Friday 12/31. Thursday hours say closed at 1am, Friday 24 hrs. I feel this is unacceptable. I pulled out the full Karen asking for the manager on duty and "Erica" wouldn't even come over from behind the kitchen to tell me herself why they are refusing service. She left Christian to do her dirty work, poor kid. When confronted with the posted store and online hours, I was told they changed the hours. Lies! At this point why would I even want them to prepare food, as they might have spit in it or something worse.

Food is Rated As Good 8 Rating In and Out Next Door I Give it A Five Burgers Dry And Tastless. I Suggest Del Taco.
