Very noisy. They were shouting inside the restaurant around 7:40-8:00pm. 2/22/22Cashier was shouting while talking about getting up early
They asked for vaccination card to dine in, but some customers that are ordering are not even wearing mask. We have been to so many different restaurant in the past 4 days, even the restaurants in universal studio, no one ask for vaccination card for dine in. The staff said that they will get fined 1000 dollars for not complying, pay to who? So it's really confusing where they get this from. If only we font have to travel another 4 hours to get home, I would have just go.to another chowking, but we are tired and hungry so we ended up eating in the van, me and my two sons. So be aware. If you all plan to dine in. Have your vaccinations card ready.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat at. Their fried chicken is one of my absolute favorites, aside from Popeyes and Jollibee. I highly recommend it to friends when they want fried chicken. Their siopao is also very delicious, as well as their other meals. I wish I had one closer to where I live though, but whenever I do drive to the valley, and if I get a chance, I try to stop by here as a treat.
Will not let you eat without papers. That’s discrimination.
Great food and polite staff
Love these asian foods that remind me of my days in the Philippines. Foods that I always bought for my children especially meals for dinner.We”re lucky having Chowking here in Los Angeles.
Although the staff are nice, they need to put extra attention to the food they’re preparing. This isn’t the first time this happened and this should be corrected.I don’t know who internally decided to not let the customer’s know if they don’t have an item available for them, but it is unfair for everyone who’s paying regular price for incomplete meals, especially during these hard times. This level of incompetence is spoiling the experience for customers. Shame.As I said, this is not my first time experiencing this. The first time it happened, I just let it slide as I thought it was just an honest mistake. The second time, well, I thought something was up. But then, for the third time, it happened again today.I ordered a Lauriat that should come with Buchi and 6 Spring Rolls. Without letting me know, they switched 1 spring roll with Siomai. Also, the meal I ordered should come with Buchi, but I found not a single Buchi in my order! Not sure why they failed to me know, but I surely wish they’re not just hoping the customer’s won’t notice.Also, do not even bother calling them because no one will pick up your call. Worst customer service I’ve had so far.
egg rolls were great and so was the adobo
