I ordered a plant based burger, but the gave me a Famous Cheese instead of the Famous Star Burger... I'm vegetarian and I realized after I ate the burger that it was not made with a plant based patty. The beef and plant based are similar but NOT THE SAME !! I will never come back in this restaurant again.

Stopped by at the Drive thru but it's like this store is severely understood. I found out the person taking my order was the manager, which is cool cause teamwork, but then she said when I ordered the cinnamon roll that it was "breakfast only" when I've ordered at other places for it at night, lunch, and breakfast. Like, you could just tell me you don't have any in stock, don't have to lie about it. I waited to pay for my order for five minutes (which I'm not really upset about but when I can see my order waiting at the edge of the window and people just chatting by the ice cream machine, it's hard not to feel annoyed. Specially after a long day's work.) At least I tried this location, but I think I'll make the ten minute drive to go to the next available one.
not great! the food was not fresh and it was a bit cold; the cashiers seemed uninterested in taking my order and I’ve been here twice! and the food was not great at all.

Great good still. The staff only seems to work there and not envibe top notch service. There was a small hair in my fries and I couldn't confuse it for one of my own. I believe communication is better than action when there is a customer to service relationship in play.
The food great ? but the tables and the dining room needs to be clean!
I usually go in the a.m around 5:00 hardly any if most of the time no people and still takes over 20 mnts to get order any to top it off most of the time it's either cold or warm.
