Its was dirty and they food was extra greasy and lots of mayo on the chicken sandwich I had. It oozed out the sides. GROSS.

The food tasted disgusting and it smelled weird. The texture of the chicken nuggets was nasty.
They need to work on their customer service everytime I would go they arguing with a customer instead of resolving the issue so I stopped coming here.
DO NOT PAY WITH CARD THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Visited this location by the Drive-Thru on December 5, 2021. Placed my order and pulled up to the window, I gave the cashier my debit card for payment to which she responds that the transaction did not go through. No big deal, I've had it happen before so as to not cause more delay I gave her my credit card which did go through. Got home, checked my bank account and noticed that the debit card did, in fact, get charged. I thought the amount would get refunded in a few days but the payment went through so I ended up with two separate charges for the same order, one on the debit and one on the credit. I contacted corporate on December 9th about this and they told me that the manager of the store would contact me to resolve the issue. They did not. I emailed corporate again and once more they told me that the manager was notified but with a more urgent message this time. Still nothing. Finally, corporate escalated my issue to the District Manager (December 29th) to which now I am waiting for their response. According to the "Guest Services Supervisor," they "do not receive updates on these files." It has been a month and still no refund for my issue. $28.31 may seem like no big deal to some but the fact that they literally stole that money from me is why I am pursuing this and may even take legal action if not resolved soon. Do yourself a favor and pay cash. I would give it 1 star but at least the order was correct and the food delicious so it gets one additional star.
I think Burger King is one of the best around for fast-food burgers. And I think they are less expensive than the others. I certainly enjoy the Whopper.
Large fries with boxes only half full. See the picture. Chicken sandwich was requested without mayo and request was not fulfilled. Sandwich was ok, fries were soggy, and chicken nuggets were good.
The fastest ride of all! Impossible Whopper is delicious! The guy who is out and about during the day is very friendly, quick and professional.

It was so terrible the guy taking order was so smart and even morning we got to the window he was shaking his head and I told him he needs to lose that attitude I asked for a manager to help out with our order and he was doing the background shaking his head manager didn't tell him anything I will never go there again that was Burger King on Van nuys near the plant
