VERY EXPENSIVE. $90 for a noodle dish, plus egg roll and potsticker appetizers. They add a mandatory 20% gratuity and then ask for additional tip. Food and service were ok but definitely not worth the price.Their published menu prices are wrong. The noodle dish that says $19 online is $30 when you open their menu. Do not believe their online menu price.Noodle dish was on the greasy side, but had hand pulled noodles which was like home made noodles.Pot stickers and egg rolls were fine. The place smelled like a hospital (lots of bleach), so they clearly sanitize… a lot.
WAY OVERPRICED....TO AN INSANE LEVEL! We had lunch there today.....2 women and 1 boy. $144.67 and we had fried rice, noodle dish, and potstickers. That's it. The fried rice is unauthentic, the noodle dish had good flavors yet greasy. Potstickers were good. Service was fine. Sitting outside was nice but NOT WORTH the over inflated cost. I rarely (if ever) post a negative review in general, but this was egregious.
The most overpriced meal I've ever eaten in my life. SODA was 8 dollars per glass. Our appetizer was good, but it was 15 dollars for 8 SMALL dumplings. The ribeye dish was decent, but cost 43 dollars for some steak, a few veggies and a thrown together salad. The absolute WORST part was the french bean chicken dish we ordered. It came out bland and amateurish. It somehow managed to be dry and greasy at the same time with almost no seasoning. It was a poorly conceived, poorly executed and overpriced pile of nonsense. When we told our waiter (who seemed very overworked since he was the only server on a Saturday evening) he didn't offer to take it back or comp the meal. He brought seasoning per my wife's request, but that shouldn't be necessary for a 32 dollar entree.Overall, we ended up paying over 150 dollars for the worst meal we've had all year. There are many better places to eat at the shopping center, and you can even eat at a Michelan star restaurant down the street for a similar price. We will never return here, and never recommend anyone to go. I was fuming at the end of the meal, and I tend to be pretty understanding in these situations. Take warning!
Inedible. We asked to see the manager. We were told he wasn't in. They deducted the price of one dish in an order for 4 people. Chicken sate was chicken fat on a stick. Stringy pieces of pork looked like they'd been scavenged from an exhausted joint. Awful and not cheap.
One of the worst experience we ever had !We ordered the Ribeye Mongolian medium rare , and it came well done , with maybe a slight red in the center . We asked if this could be redone , the waiter came back and insisted that this was medium rare. Definitely don’t recommend ?
This place is not only over priced and over rated, but the management has taken a dark and apparently classist turn recently. “Due to government handouts, no one wants to work anymore” is an incredibly myopic and biased perspective on the workplace shortage happening right now. For a business to post such a clearly political, conservative dog whistle of a message behind their host stand is not a good look. I’ve had shady experiences with them in the past (group of POC’s on the outdoor patio having lights turned off on us and then management claiming they “forgot” we were there…) but after seeing this sign at a recent work lunch meeting there, I will not be back.
Food was bland but acceptable. The staff seemed like they were off Thier game. The worst part was the table service was below average and quite abit similar to being ignored. As the food is expensive you'd expect better service, as the food was expensive-they used that to automatically tack on gratuity far greater than Thier average someone would give them; not to mention Thier level of service warranted far less. Good tips speak loudly when the service is great and the customer enjoys it enough to leave a worthy tip. When I spoke up the lady said that's automatic, and I responded to her "as a business owner I can assure you not only is it illegal to force someone to tip what (YOU) want, but ITS ALSO optional when entering a receipt into a credit card machine". She looked like a deer In headlights. AND ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW ANY OTHER WAY TO PRESENT MY BILL SO I COULD WRITE IT IN. Server took our order and waited for us to pay till asking if we wanted our first refills, literally as we're leaving and finished eating. For a 100 dollar lunch meal that guy didn't deserve a 20 dollar tip that he applied himself. No option, bit I can assure you over Thier service and conduct with billing at end of meal I won't ever come here again, and go somewhere else with my family and business meetings locally. I'll be sure to tell my peers too about my experience.
Gross and overpriced. Lunch for four was $250! The food was dreadful - everything was so bland and flavorless; it tasted like it was reheated from a frozen bag. Avoid the shrimp and pecan salad- the shrimps are just like big rubber chew toys I would give to my dog. Speaking of dogs, we had our little dog with us and sat outside; there was broken glass on the ground under our table - poor dog! We picked it all up ourselves. The service is terrible here. Disorganized and inefficient even though they seem to have enough waiters. Just awful - never again. Wait in line for CPK next time; I've learned my lesson.
We’ve been loving this place in the past, but unfortunately it’s not the same anymore. Way overpriced menu for what we got on a plate, food was average, atmosphere is not there, bathrooms are dirty… service was good though.
Fast service and the dim sum was good.
