Customer service issue. I was trying to order on the app for the Palo Alto store, but it somehow selected this store. The app directed me to call to cancel; that button dialed a personal number (I'm guessing the owner or manager) who gave me the store's phone number and told me to call them to cancel. However this number seems disconnected or not working, so there was no way for me to cancel or call about my order at all. Seems like I'm just going to have to eat the $12 when the app wasn't even clear about which store I was ordering from.

Tips: Order ahead via their website for a faster service.Menu: The menu offer a good decent amount of tea categories from pure tea, milk tea, fruit tea and seasonal items. Although I have only tried a few of their drinks, their drinks are pretty consistent and you can tasted the tea in the drinks.Thought I won't make a special trip in the area for Wanpo, I appreciate Stanford shopping center finally has a decent boba shop.PS: Please fix your website as your connection is not secure and private. Thank you! ?

It’s nice to have a cold fresh tea drink in the middle of a hot day, especially when you are shopping in the mall. I love the way that you can choose the sweetness and ice level so you can adjust the taste to meet your request. Their lemon tea is very refreshing and boba is chewy and milky. I like both of them. Their price is kind of high, but it makes sense to have a high price in this neighborhood.

Ordered Red bean jelly milk tea. The milk tea is very watery and the tea flavor is very weak. Also, I thought the red bean jelly should be a jelly made with red beans (should be yummy right?). It turns out to be jelly And red beans ?.

Their classic “Island Black Tea” and “Sugar Cane Baozhong Tea” are two of the must-try choices for this hot summer. We skip the line by ordering online and the pick up process is fast and convenient. Definitely will come back again!

Great soy milk tea and roselle. Love that they have 0% sweetness options.

Use mobile app to order ahead to cut the wait time. Sugar cane Baozhong tea is bit sweet.

The tea is nice and silky, the drinks came out surprisingly quickly considering the amount of people but the boba is just not good. It was slightly sweet but it was way too chewy, like 20 chews with my back teeth and still can’t swallow kind of chewy. Tea quality is solid but boba leaves a lot to be desired. I had to open the lid and sip the tea from the top then throw out all the boba

Must tries are red bean jelly milk tea and island black tea. Nice quality tea, not too much watered down type of boba teas. Will come back again but hope the line will be shorter next time.

Love their tea and boba! ❤️ I ordered 30% sweetness but it's still too sweet for me.
